Italy doesn't make nothing against Frings. Fifa stopped Frings with some evidences had from several different images, not from Italy transmission. Anyway, i think that even if Frings would have played, Germany would lost anyway...it's my opinion! And then, i don't think that no one would avoid to disqualify Totti in the match against Denmark in Euro 2004, because it was a bad episode, as Frings' episode, maybe not so heavy, but bad surely! Returning on the Ballack episode, i tjink it's a consequence of some fauls committed by German players...for example, Ballack made a foul against Gattuso, a strong faul, but Gattuso preferred to give a 'lovely' pack on the shoulder instead to react...but not all the players have the same reaction...
