I'm pretty sure that the image in signal.svg represents a combination of two words (and not some coordinates). The reasons are the following: we have two separators; why put the separators if you are really sure that they are coordinates? it seems like a repeating message, composed by two words (3 and 7 letters). The words contain different letters the dots and the squares are divided by blank spaces, so probably are different entities like letters and not numbers to be put in a sequence

Dopo l’università divenne professore di matematica ed iniziò a lavorare su esperimenti che includevano la velocità con la quale degli oggetti differenti cadono al suolo. Nonostante ciò, non riuscì mai a vederlo di persona ma seppe comunque costruirne una versione migliore ed iniziò quindi a fare molte scoperte astronomiche, come ad esempio il trovare montagne e valli sulla superficie della Luna e delle lune di Venere, e tutte queste scoperte lo resero ovviamente famoso. Nel 1614 fu accusato di eresia per aver sostenuto la teoria copernicana, e cioè che il Sole fosse al centro del sistema solare. A quel tempo, la maggior parte delle persone credeva che la Terra fosse in posizione centrale e quindi gli fu proibito dalla Chiesa di insegnare queste sue nuove teorie. Nel 1632 fu nuovamente condannato per eresia dopo aver pubblicato un libro sulla teoria copernicana e per questo fu condannato all’ergastolo, che in seguito fu poi ridotto agli arresti domiciliari e tutto ciò lo costrinse a ritirare il suo sostegno verso la teoria copernicana. Continuò a scrivere, anche se stava diventando cieco, e nel 1638 pubblicò un libro delle sue idee sulle leggi del moto e sui principi della meccanica. You are one of the most important band in the whole music history and you always enlighted your path, but... which was the worst moment in your career, the point that seemed to be the final step of your journey?

I think the're sampling a Coldplay song. All the four Coldplay members are credited with an 'A' next to their names, so they are just the authors. Moreover, every artist credited on that song could be related with X-Factor ambients. Maybe it's a project that involves Coldplay and other artists to promote a new X-Factor edition somewhere.
