I agree it may be disappointing depending on your personal views, but not for the reason the OP gave (because they may play all GS tracks, which I thought was preposterous). Lets be honest, if you're expecting them to play frickin' Warning Sign, Sparks and Strawberry Swing or something, of course you're gonna be disappointed. Be realistic, this is a mini festival gig and you KNOW what they're gonna play; the hits! Personally, i'm seeing this as their first gig after a long break and i'll be excited whatever the hell they play.

Back to FTWD for a sec. Watched the first 2. It's hard to compare to TWD, since i'm more invested in the characters more. No one so far is really as charismatic as a Rick Grimes so far, so i'm not too attached.

Technically the comic came first. TWD came AFTER it. FTWD is actually the latest in the long line of mobile games and shows and whatnot, so the spinoffs and related media has begun a long time ago. To answer your question, 'why can't ppl simply leave things alone?'. Because money. They have a product that everyone is clamouring to get so why wouldn't they wanna sell is to everyone for whatever price they want?

And that's what i'm getting at. Because you aren't the biggest fan just because you think you are. And that's okay. And Coldplay aren't perfect. And that's also okay. And getting into a pissing match over who's the biggest fan, and blindly loving whatever Coldplay do because you think it proves how much you love them; that's not okay, and its straight up embarrassing. Long story short: Coldplay are not perfect, and acting like they are gets real old, real quick.... just my $0.02 as someone who's been there

That video was used during the X&Y tour when they played The Scientist. So that's the connection there. But I was in the same boat of wanting a more 'science-y' vibe. I think the closest we got was X&Y. I thought we would get it for LP4 (or was it LP5) when there was a diary entry where Chris was asking someone to build a solar system. Didn't pan out, and I don't think we'll get it for LP7 either, but it's something I would've liked.

And of course it takes KidA to put into words what I could not understand before. I could respect that a hell of a lot more than "I hate pop music". As a rare 'oldplayer' who doesn't mind the direction the band is going, I think I kinda identify with this feeling of disappointment (as opposed to flat out hate).
