after listening to it more... this album is far better than antics and it's an grower album. it gets better with every new listen.

i've listened to it. album goes really fast, noit songs but the whole album. there are songs that are best work of Interpol till now, next to totbl. but the rest-- heinrich is (like i thought) the weakest and the rest is bland but a bit better than antics /though bare in mind i don't fancy antics too much/ . pioneer wrecking ball lighthouse chemistry pace is the trick are def highlights but my final thought of the album... is yet to come...

people are saying nasty things about new album :( i've lost all my will t listen to it plus dwld speed of the file is awfully small.. i do have dsl but it dwl's sooooo slooow.

totally. well.. what i find weird in HTDC is how the echoes of Thom's voice througout the song really do relax , but echoes generally , have a completely opposite effect on me and totally creep me out and make me nervous.

yeah. that's what made me lose adoration for them . i do agree on the closer (2003) and cold (twisted logic 2005-6) gig. i don't think i'm looking at the same band. actually, i'm not. cp went from a small indie (panda records i think) band to comercial poppy band. huge sucess had something to do with it all i guess and what you get is not even a bit of emotion in concerts (i think this has to do with the fact they didn't had any satisfying -for them- recent songs that they enjoy as much with the previous records.)

Dan has a longtime girlfriend I think, Carlos , on the other hand, is known for his multiple love adventures that didn't give him good reputation.;)

yeah, she really isnt. i investigated it all a bit on the net. he's been both single and sober (caugh) for a year now. they seem to stay on good conditions considering newest pics she did.
