x&y for me has no life or atmosphere in it. chris went way too far in metaphoric lyric to that extend it sometimes seems like a total non sense, unlike arobtth where i heard one of the most nicest lyrics ever. i don't like the whole approach towards x&y that came under the influence of chris who tought of it as a master piece that should be done to the perfection and that's what ruined it. it's a disapointment, at least for me, now year later as i listen to it (and i don't do it much cus i can't enjoy while listening to it, as Nik said..it doesn't seem as an album) . most of the album is made out of recycled melody's from arobtth but on the other hand there are 3-4 songs that really showed what they're capable of and that gives hope for 4th album cus i really really want them to be inovative.
