dunno, i think you should decide that you like this or that kind of music/food or you don't. i have to say when i was 10-11 i listened to rap like Eminem for example...lol but after when i heard Coldplay for the first time in 2002 my taste in music totally changed and i was the onliest in my class who actually liked brit pop (call however you like it). i started to like Blues and Jazz 2 years ago. i think our tastes change often, you like this now and don't like that now, in 2 months it might change. i don't think that would be our 'birth attribute'

i think we make our choices. if not we're becoming persons who let themselves to influence by someone/something else what is actually a negative attribute in my opinion. of course people should listen to opinions, advices but to make decisions/choices they should decide themselves. EDIT: good advices help us to make right choices...lol
