I've been in therapy off and on for about 3 years. I would recommend it to anyone because it's really beneficial. I lucked out, though, 'cause I have a therapist who I really like and trust. That's really important.

I think it is good for everyone to have someone impartial to talk to every once in a while. Of course, not everyone can, but it would be nice.

They just gave it to them because the Grammys are predictable. They always give adwards to the perennial favorites despite all the amazing stuff out there. I don't necessarily think Coldplay should have won, but U2 definitely shouldn't have. I just wish that they wouldn't ignore lesser known bands. I mean, Death Cab were there and did anyone even see them? At all??
