I kinda know what you mean... Maybe a break will do Chris good - back in the studio and more down to earth.

Their tour managers need to know - they arrange with the promoters where the band go...

I'm sorry. Hopefully when they do go out of the spotlight and write some new albums you will be less disapointed and you can begin to like them again :)

Whatever it was - it was the press that turned it into a big drama, not Chris. He really didn't say in any way that they were permantly breaking up. The press just twist things. I don't know why were are suprised - they needed to spice up an otherwise quiet Brits show.

Me too - it's on again on ITV2 at 3:30pm. I tried to record it last time and it failed - so this time I'm determined!

I don't think that Chris does that kind of thing for media hype. Things just come out of his mouth without thinking when he gets all excited. He's like a little kid sometimes. Don't dislike him - blame the press, not him :) Nothing he said suggested that they were splitting for good - he said that they were not going to be at things like the Brits for a few years - that's not suggesting forever. The reason that they want to take this break is to get away from the annoying commercial side of things - all the press, TV and stupid award shows and go back to just making music for a few years. That's what you want, isn't it? :) :) It's good news! :)

Has anyone got any screen grabs of each of the girls from the Brits? My mac won't play the links from the multimedia section. It was all so quick on TV - I want to see them again and have a good look!

I guess they live in London so they would all be around and I suppose the boys like having their wives/girlfriends with them. Must be weird for them I guess.. hanging out with all the celebs! Did anyone see if Jonny's girlfriend had an enagagement ring on? The rumour is that they got engaged... I really wanted a close up of them so I could see her left hand!

I reakon that they will do two albums before they tour again - if one is already written (as Chris said), then they will work on recording that one, release it and get on with the next. It kind of makes sense to have two albums before another massive tour.

When I saw it on the TV last night, you see his girlfriend for a second or two just before as the award is called out, then Jonny stands and bends over to kiss her. You don't actually see the kiss as someone is in front - but it is obvious what he's doing! ;) :lol: I think it's cute that they all came :)

Jonny was at the table when they won the award for best album. He stood up, bent over and kissed his girlfriend and went up with the others.

My bet is that they are going to take a long break from touring and doing loads tof press stuff so they can concentrate on doing two albums in quick succession before they start doing shows again. It would make sense after such a long tour - it'll be a year and a half by the time they finish this one... If they did another too soon it would get boring for them/the fans. It's good for the fans in the sense that the more time off the road, the more new music we have to look forward to :)

I don't think they have much of a choice. I think the Grammy lot pretty much decide what they want them to play - and Talk is the one everyone knows right now and is upbeat. It's bound to be that one. But that's okay - Jonny will hopefully do his strut up the catwalk like he did for the MTV awards :)
