Oh dear - don't get me wrong i didn't mean Marianne wasn't pretty - she is and she must be lovely if Will married her. But yes, this is about Jonny and his chick so back onto that! She does have nice cheek bones - something I wish I had! She's dressed much better in the Glasto picture. She is super skinny too... very lucky thing! :) Would be good to have some new pictures of them - these ones have been floating around for ages. Anyone got any? Any info on where she is from or how they met etc (not in Iceland!) :lol:

you could take it to a print shop and ask them to scan it onto a CD for you? Or take a close up digital photo of it, download it and post that. It's not always the best quality but it's usually okay.

I really don't mean to offend you, sorry...but wow, that's one of a ridiculous statement Err.. okay... I just meant that I thought she was pretty but, in my view, not as pretty as the others... is that ridiculous? It was just my opinion - it doesn't mean anything more than a general observation... :confused:

There is a photo of her with Gwyneth at Live8 - at least everyone is 99% sure it is her. She has very dark hair, wearing a blue shirt. She's nice looking but probably not as much as the others.

but I think Jonny's girlfriend is pretty... and that picture is really bad of all of them so she's probably really really pretty in real life... :cry: Lucky lady... :(

Yes - it's an old picture of Chloe from a few years ago. No picture of his brother that I have ever seen.

The two girls he allegedly dated at the same time (according to the Evening Standard newspaper!) were from Iceland so I doubt his current girlfriend is as well... that would be kinda weird! :confused:

And now he's not! :) He's now living with a girl called Chloe (rumoured to be a theatre actress?) and has been for three years... aah! :blush: And... He was born in north London but was brought up in north Wales from a young age - both parents were teachers and he has one older brother (who taught him to play the guitar at the age of 11).

The guy kneeling down is their tour manager and the big guy on the right is one of their bodyguards. Don't know about the others.

Probably the back - wherever the artist entrance is. Good luck, but don't be too disappointed if you don't see them - the concert is really amazing so it will still be really cool :)

Most of the time they leave straight after the show in cars so they don't have a chance to sign autographs. Best to catch them before shows around the venue (not backstage), but even that is a slim chance. You'd be better off writing to their management company asking them to send you a signed photo. I think they will try to do that for you.

They are about an hour 1/2 or just over. They do three songs after the main set as an encore so don't miss those as they are great. 17 songs weak? In the UK an hour 30/40 mins is pretty good - certainly not short. I don't think they leave anyone feeling disapointed... except you inmyplace13! :)

You can't buy backstage passes - you have to know someone who knows someone who can get you one... but I would image that they are really strict about who they give them out to, especially 'access all areas' - otherwise they would be overrun with requests to get in their dressing room! I think the triple A only goes to people they work with and wives/girlfriend. Friends get VIP passes. One way to get a VIP pass is as a competition winner... so enter come coldplay competitions and cross your fingers!!! :)

No - sorry... just Jonny... or at least he's the only one that has talked about quitting. I have heard people say that Gut has smoked on stage at some of the concerts this tour, so it doesn't sound like it. Good for Jonny though :)

Great song! Have you seen them play it live during this tour? Jonny comes to the front centre of the stage and does this amazing guitar bit at the end where he completely rocks out thrashing the guitar, almost down on his knees - he looked AMAZING! :)

Okay - maybe I'm missing something but if there are eight other bands you like more than coldplay, why aren't you hanging around chatting on their website forum? This is something I just don't get... why are you on here talking about them? :/

I don't think that they are legally binded to do them - they can cancel if they want, but they wouldn't be insured to cover the costs so it would be crazy for them to sell tickets then cancel a whole load of shows. They would only be insured for cancellations in certain circumstances (e.g. one of them gets an illness/injury) or if certain people (e.g. wife/girlfriend/mum/dad) passed away. They're not going to cancel gigs - I bet she's just fine and they're rolling their eyes at the tabloids again :)

Nice cartoon. You should post that on the coldplay.com site - all the threads in there are about pre-sale at the moment... it is getting a bit boring to read each persons ticket sob story... I feel bad if people don't get all the tickets they want but that's life, and I don't wanna read 50 threads on it! Thank goodness people in here have other things to talk about!! :)

It was at least a year ago that he quit - so hopefully he's not still eating too much! Anyway, he's so tall he could never look chunky. He's naturally like a long bean pole - but a very lovely one :)

Which man in the hat? I don't think Guy was there - I think that they must have mixed him up with the dark haired youngish man training with them (wearing the number 4) :confused: Maybe Jonny felt a bit under the weather, though he looks excited to be there :)

Sorry - can't remember. It was some interview with the band in a magazine months and months ago. I think he made some comment about how hard it had been to quit and he was eating too much as a substitute for cigs (aww - bless him!) I think I was waiting in a doctor's reception and picked it up to read so I couldn't keep it.

True - you'd be a bit cross if your brother blurted out stuff to the press, but then again it must be easy to be tricked into chatting to journalists-in-disguise or saying something you didn't mean to - they'll do anything for a story. :angry:

Aww, I feel kind of sorry for all the wives//g-friends - it must suck to be home alone when they are on tour. They must get lonely. If you were married to Guy I bet you'd be depressed if he went away on tour ;)
