  1. I have to agree, they make much better workers then us Brits. Compare Mcdonalds for example - shitty food, shitty staff in the north, in London where theyre all east european =edible food, pretty staff. I like immigrants, they clean our streets, serve our food and drinks, make the place look prettier, never complain, do lots of shity jobs for shite pay. They're more polite, wont get drunk and stab you becasue you looked at them. I think they're ace. I think that Netscape site is to Nick what prisonplanet is to Gareth.
  2. My back up died the last year. 200gb of porn just gone...Its taking ages getting it back. Lesson here is back up your back up!
  3. Place your bets now!! Ive been busy, what have I missed? Any drunken naked shenanigans?

  5. Crimes against music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqFM6HC3tZM Brett Lee - What have you done??
  6. Looks like youve been proved wrong again Gareth. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6291943.stm Oh yea, of course they were set up - thats why they acted like they did!!! When are you going to wake up? Just because you have a vendetta against Bush doesnt mean everything is a cover-up. These guys werent setup, they knew what they were doing.
  7. Dame Kiri te Kanawa, Peter Jackson, Neil Finn, Sir Edmund Hillary, Jonah Lomu - we have beaten them all! Helen Clark, can you hear me? Your boys took one hell of a beating! sorry, it's just been so long... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/england/6255903.stm
  8. If it makes people behave then whats the problem?
  9. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unA7HidLzRc Not only a great tune, but it was filmed the weekend before 9/11 when apprently it was suppossed to be empty. Yet the lights are on. Lots of them. Explain!
  10. This whole thing reminds of that Romainan bloke Nicole Cauescau (spelling please!)
  11. I moved out when i was 23, moved 100 miles + away to London. I know lots of older people who live with their parents. Losers. (not really)
  12. I once got a bruised toe playing cricket. The ball went all the way to the boundry - amazing nothing was actually hurt. I got my tongue stuck to an Ice Lolly once. (just like Dumb and Dumber) I messed my hamstring up by kicking a stone. And i once broke a chair with my back! I was standing on it and someone kicked it out from underneath me and i landed on it and smashed it. Had a great big scar like a shark bite but sadly its faded. But nothing beats this: I have the biggest wound of all - a broken heart!! Manda Mac, summer 06! This thread could be like that scene from Jaws where Quint and the beardy guy brag about scars!
  13. Are you really that stupid?? Gretna was hit by excatley the same hurricane - Its right on the otherside of the river - its about 2-3 miles from the Superdome. It had no Electricity or water and yet people expect it to look not only after its own people who've been hit hard, but thousands of evacuees some of which went to cause alot of trouble. So they shot rounds into the air? So? Its a form of crowd control. A disaster has just occured and your expecting people to behave normal? People where stressed out, and when people are stressed tempers get lost. I bet you think the Evacuees were saints and never said a word out of line and lined up politely and that the looting and burning of the local mall was down George Bush. Your source was wrong, Gretna wasnt mostly white as its claimed but just over half.
  14. But I love that song! its ace! And the video is cool!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBqKQoD1Y0U See?
  15. We didnt know that at the time thou! Ive said that already.
  16. I'm missing something here arent I?
  17. Yes they did. Twice. Even Mr Bush himself said the effort didnt work well and more couldve done. The gretna police heard about the problems at the superdome - at the time we didnt know they were false. Why would anyone risk having troublemakers in their city? 17,000 people in the city of which 56% were white which means 44% are non white. Doesnt sound like a racist city to me. Also - Gretna had been hit by the hurricane as well - so it hadnt flooded like NO but hurricanes do cause lots of damage, They had already taken thousands of refugees and after some looting at the local mall took the decison not to let many more in. Just because Spike Lee is 'cool' doesnt mean he's automatically an expert and right. http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Gretna,+Louisiana
  18. Thats the trouble with America - too busy pointing fingers to do anything practical. Most people would be learning from the mistakes that were made and making sure this didnt happen again. Instead you all do is blame Bush and brand everyone who didnt 'help' a rascist.
  19. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEiQjisUodM
  20. We all heard what was 'happening' in the Superdome. Would you risk those sort of people entering your town? No you wouldnt. How do you distingush who's trouble and who's not? You cant. And i doubt that a small town like Gretna couldve looked after hundreds of refugees properly. They couldve ended up with thousands.
  21. Charlton Athletic
  22. Well the ETA, isnt an international concern thou...Its a local issue. I bet its been big news in Spain. If the IRA did something over here, i wouldnt expect it to be on the Spainish news much.
