Hey Therese, Steph and Marek! :) It's really gone so quiet around these days... :( Therese, do you buy Mando Diao's new record? :) Today I read in a German music magazine that it's better than the "Hurricane Bar". Hope it's true! In the same magazine there is a 8 pages long article about Mando Diao with a lot of pictures of their home in Börlange. :) Maybe I can scan it this week. They are also on the cover.

Naja bis vor 20 Minuten war es hier wolkenlos und 27 Grad warm. :) Nun gewittert es etwas, aber es schüttet wie aus Eimern. :( Hehe Felix, das stimmt schon, aber ich schwimm da lieber als in ein von Kindern vollgekacktes Freibad, wo du die Wurst gleich erkennen kannst. :P

Hui voll der Andrang hier... :D Irgendwie ist es hier seltsam... vor ner Stunde etwa habe ich eine kleine Explosion gehört und nun riecht es plötzlich hier total nach Öl und anderen undefinierbaren Zeugs... Wehe am Hafen ist wieder Öl in die Weser gelaufen. Dann kann ich das Baden diese Saison wohl vergessen... :dozey:

A. mit einem 8 seitigen Bericht über Mando Diao. Deren neue Scheibe "Ode To Ochrasy" hat 5 von 5 Sternen bekommen und wird nur gelobt. :) Kann es kaum noch abwarten!!! Nur noch eine Woche! :nice: Madsen's neues Album hat übrigens auch gut abgeschnitten (4 von 5 Sternen). Da sieht man mal wieder wie unterschiedlich die Magazine CD's bewerten (bei laut.de ist die Scheibe ja nur kritisiert worden). Mache mit gleich mal nen eigenes Bild. Auf der Musikexpress CD ist u. A. ein Song von der neuen Platte drauf.

Da schaltet man gestern abend mir nichts dir nichts MTV ein und plötzlich sieht man ein Live-Konzert von Keane aus Madrid (2006). Man, war das Konzert toll. Ich muss mir echt nochmal überlegen, ob ich mir nicht doch noch ne Karte für das Konzert in Berlin besorge. :) Nach dem Konzert lief übrigens direkt im Anschluss Coldplay's "The Hardest Part". :)

Wow that sounds interesting! Where have you all been in the UK? And how expensive was it? 300 - 400€? I've never been in Vienna but I always hear that's a great city. But I don't think I will drive to it next week. It's too far away and the toll on Austrian's motorways is very expensive. :lol: Either I will drive by myself or together with my twin brother or a friend. It's not quite sure! ;)

Yes? :o Why would you vote for Prague? Have you even been there? I only heard that's an amazing city, very historical. The best thing is that it would be the city where it isn't expensive. Czech beer is also very good!

Yeah, summer is coming back at weekend, they said on the weather forecast! :) But I still don't know where to go during my holidays. I wanted to fly to London but it's getting to expensive, especially after the trouble last week at Heathrow. So, I will use the car... At the moment, I can't decide between Amsterdam (Netherlands), Copenhagen (Denmark), Prague (Czech Republic) and Vienna (Austria) or I would spend some days in Germany (Cologne, Hannover, Leipzig, Sylt (North Sea)). We'll see but I will definitely not stay all my holidays at home. Where have you been in the UK? :) Hehe Angie! What do you say about Southampton's start in the season?

Oh you learnt German? I always don't understand why so many people are learning (or had to learn) this unimportant language in school. :) Hm, yeah a lot of Germans don't like them, because some of them don't want to learn our language and don't want to work. I think it's a social problem. But you have to be careful here about what you say... Personally I don't have a problem and I've got two Turkish friends. We were in the same football club. :) Do you know that after Istanbul the biggest city with Turkish inhabitants is Berlin?! ;)

:) Most of them who live in Great Britain are coming from India and Pakistan. In Germany the majority of immigrants is coming from Turkey. ;) Where have you lived in the UK before you went to Mexico? In London?

:) Yeah waking up lately is the best! I enjoy it at the moment. Well, there is just a good reportage on TV about a district in London with a lot of immigrants. Very interesting! Didn't know before that so many Moslems are living in East London.

Yeah, I saw the weather forecast for the next days and they said summer is coming back next week. I hope it's true! :D I know how you feel. When you have nothing to do during the holidays you will go back to school as soon as possible but then, 1 or 2 days later, you will have holidays again. :D

Hope it's getting better soon, Dave! My day was boring! I've holidays but it was raining all day long. So, I decided to do nothing and stayed home! :D :(

In der Tat! :) Naja, wenn man schon so lange in Deutschland lebt, müsste man eigentlich auch automatisch schon ein bisschen von der Sprache können. Man wird ja beinahe täglich damit konfrontiert. ;)
