Endlich Wochenende! :) Habe den Link vorhin schon im Colplay-Forum geschrieben, aber hier schreibe ich den auch nochmal hin. Gestern war bei den MTV News ein kurzes Interview mit Coldplay zu sehen, wo Coldplay die Trennungsgerüchte widersprochen haben. Zudem werden einige Ausschnitte von den EMA's sowie vom Leipzig-Konzert gezeigt. http://www.mtv.de/tvplayer_news/index_neu_oc.php?date=2005-11-10 Höre grad die Live Version von "Swallowed In the Sea" aus dem Kopenhagen-Konzert (ist unter "Multimedia" zu finden). Here is a link of an interview, shown last evening on the German MTV News. Unfortunately it's only synchronized in German, so you don't hear them speaking English. They talk about the rumour of going seperate ways. Will can't remember that he ever said anything like this. You can also find some little pictures of the Leipzig concert. Hui gerade war das Interview auf MTV, wo Coldplay die Trennungsgerüchte dementiert haben. Dazu wurden Ausschnitte aus dem Leipzig-Konzert gezeigt. :) Schade, dass ich gestern nicht da war.

Danke für den Tipp. Habe mich nun gerade nochmal registriert. Plötzlich sollte ich aber noch den "Postcode" eingeben. Musste ich letztes Mal glaube ich nicht machen. Naja nun läuft erstmal wieder alles. Danke! Nächstes Jahr will ich unbedingt auch zu mindestens einem Coldplay-Konzert, wenn sie hier in der Nähe sind. Vielleicht sind sie ja wieder mal auf dem Hurricane-Festival...

Felix, für dich hätte sich ja schon fast Kopenhagen gelohnt oder? Ist bestimmt näher dran an Lübeck als Oberhausen (wenn meine geografischen Kenntnisse mich jetzt nicht täuschen :D). Aber dann kommt es natürlich noch darauf an, ob man das Geld und überhaupt die Zeit hat zum Konzert zu fahren. :cry: Ich ärgere mich auch noch über Hamburg. Zudem war Coldplay vor ein paar Jahren schon mal in der Nähe von Bremen, nämlich beim Hurricane Festival in Scheeßel. Leider war mir zu dieser Zeit Coldplay noch relativ unbekannt.

:D Mal eine kurze Frage nebenbei... Habe mich vor einer Woche auf der offiziellen Colplay Seite registriert, um in den Members-Bereich zu kommen. Klappte alles soweit ganz gut bis letzten Freitag. Seitdem steht beim Einloggen immer, dass ich die E-Mail Adresse nochmal kontrollieren soll. Ich weiß aber 100 %ig, dass ich da die richtige Adresse eingebe. Habe auch schon eine Art Newsletter auf diese E-Mail Addy bekommen. Muss also das richtige Postfach sein. Komischerweise kann ich den Coldplayer aber noch benutzen. Habt ihr ähnliche Probleme oder wisst ihr Lösungen? Nochmal anmelden? :/

Hm komisches Gefühl, wenn man weiß, dass Coldplay heute wieder in Deutschland sind, man aber nicht zum Konzert kann, weil Leipzig zu weit weg ist. :( Bin schon gespannt auf die Setlist und den hoffentlich zahlreichen Fotos und Videos.

I love Groningen! :) I often visit this city, because there is a bus-line between Oldenburg and Groningen (10 euro) and it's good to go shopping in Groningen, because some things are cheaper than in Germany. Amsterdam is also very nice. I like the bridges and channels. I also had tickets for the field in Oberhausen and I was standing on the 5th row, in the mittle of the stage. I'll never forget this evening. It was so amazing! Today Coldplay are in Leipzig and tomorrow they'll be in Mannheim, but I haven't got a chance to see them there. It's too fast away from Bremen. :/ Hope there'll come back to Europe next year, especially during the World Cup in Germany.

Welcome Lotte! From which part of the Netherlands do you come? Last Tuesday I drove through your wonderful nation on my way to Amsterdam and back. I was also in Oberhausen 2 weeks ago. The concert was very great and the audience was amazing.

Yeah you're right. The host sometimes translated some parts of the interview in a different way, but he also did it with other music stars like Kylie Minogue.

Nice Ted! I'm always very surprised why so many Britains learn German at school. I mean German is very difficult and it isn't a world language. But it's nice. :) I learned English since my third year of school. I also speak French and Spanish but not as good as English. Thanks for your welcome. Hello Budgie! I'm so jealous that you'll see Coldplay in December. I saw them 2 wecks ago in Oberhausen and I'm so unhappy that I don't have the chance to see Coldplay on Wednesday in Leipzig or on Thursday in Mannheim again.

Hey! In June 2005 U2 was in a german late night comedy show called "Tv Total" on channel "Pro 7". It was the first time that U2 visited a german show. I don't know if this side was already posted but I think it doesn't matter. ;) Unfortunately you can only watch the videos on this side. I haven't got any downloads of it. If you click on the main picture you can watch the live performance of "City Of Blinding Lights". When you click on the picture of "U2 im Talk", you can watch the funny interview between U2 and Stefan Raab (hoster of the show). They talk the most part in english so you don't have to understand german. If you want to know some german words in this interview, please post it. I can translate it. Die Idee mit der Mailbox ist ja gut. :) Wäre ich niemals drauf gekommen. Oh man wie ich neidisch bin auf die Leute, die übermorgen Coldplay in Leipzig sehen können und am Donnerstag in Mannheim. Dort ist das Konzert übrigens in der selben Halle, in der Samstag "Wetten, dass?" gesendet wurde. Schade, dass Coldplay ausgerechnet an diesem Wochenende ihr Talk-Video gedreht haben, sonst hätten die bestimmt mal vorbeikommen können. :P Green Day, Madonna und Shakira waren ja auch da. War Coldplay eigentlich schon mal bei irgendeiner deutschen Show? Bei "Wetten, dass?" z. B. oder bei "Tv Total"? Kann mich überhaupt nicht daran erinnern. U2 war ja auch vor kurzem mal bei Stefan Raab.

;) Hehe geweint habe ich nun nicht, aber ich fand das Konzert wirklich sehr emotional. Vor allem am Ende von "The Scientist", wo wir alle immer mitsingen sollten, fand ich Stimmung einfach genial. Das werde ich so schnell nicht vergessen. Und das Ende natürlich von "Fix You" wird mir wohl ewig in Erinnerung bleiben. Schade, dass das Konzert so schnell vorbei war. Bin übrigens alleine zum Konzert gefahren, weil keiner mit wollte, aber war dennoch ganz lustig. Habe dort noch ein paar Leute aus Essen kennengelernt, die natürlich auch große Fans von Coldplay waren. Lass dir also nie ein Konzert entgehen, wenn niemand mit dir hinwill. ;) Das habe ich aus dem Abend gelernt.

Hi Ted and Julia! :) Thanks for your postings. Ted, do you live in the UK? Your german is very good. Last year it was the first time that I visited Great Britain and it was so amazing. My school class and I used the ferry from Calais to Dover and if we saw the white stones of the Britain coast it was such a good feeling. Then we drove to London were we had a very good time. London was very expensive, but the city is so great. I like it very much and because of that I will fly to London again on November the 30th. By the way the buffet in Pizza Hut restaurant is so good. You pay 7 pounds and you can eat and drink as long as you will. :D Cambridge was also very nice, especially the garden of the university. I wish I could live in London...

Naja wäre ja auch zu schön gewesen, wenn diese eine Tour-Liste wirklich gestimmt hätte. :/ Hallo Julia! Mein richtiger Name ist übrigens Lars. :D Aber Larry fand ich als Nicknamen irgendwie besser. Ich hatte in Oberhausen eine Stehkarte und stand ziemlich genau in der Mitte, etwa in der 5. Reihe. Hätte zuerst auch noch weiter nach vorne gehen können, weil ich relativ früh in der Arena war, aber irgendwie waren mir die Musikboxen nicht ganz so geheuer, weil ich keine Lust hatte, mit einem Tinnitus wieder aus dem Konzert zu gehen. Habe schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht... Bei Goldfrapp fand ich die Musik am Anfang echt extrem laut, vor allem als die bei dem ersten Lied auch noch so hoch gesungen hat. Da dachte ich mir schon, das kann ja heiter werden, aber bei Coldplay war es dann bei weitem nicht so laut, wie ich befürchtet hatte. Finds übrigens auch schade, dass Coldplay in Oberhausen nicht Amsterdam gespielt haben (gerade weil auch viele Niederländer in der Halle waren :wink3: ), aber dafür haben wir ja Kostproben von "America" und "Ring Of Fire" bekommen.

Hey Guys, I'm new here and I want to introduce myself... ;) My name is Lars, I'm 20 years old and I live near Bremen, that's a small town in the northern part of Germany. I liked Coldplay since two years, but since "Speed of Sound" I adore them more than ever before. 2 weeks ago I went to my first Coldplay concert in Oberhausen and it was so amazing. I never thought that this show would be so great. Thanks Coldplay! I hope they will retourn to Germany in 2006 altough there are still touring here this week again. By the way, my mother language is german, so there can be a few mistakes when I try to write in english, so sorry for that. :D
