I have no idea to be honest. Going by what's been said already, I'd guess it's just a way of making sure they split the crowd up between the gates, but normally they just give you a gate number for that. Unless they're using a stadium length runway..!

Hello Depends on how close you want to be. As they've been selling early entry tickets, you probably won't get to the front, but if you're in the queue an hour or so before gates, you'll get close. The stage will be high up, so you shouldn't have too much trouble seeing anything. You might want to consider trying to get to the barrier of one of the smaller stages - we tend to go there and get the barrier there. Something to lean on, and then you're at the front for a while anyway.

No, nothing yet. I'm sure I'd seen someone elsewhere say they thought the roof would be closed, but all the summer gigs I've been to there bar two has had the roof open. Will be easier for them and their pyrotechnics/fireworks if the roof is open.

AROBTTH is definitely the highlight for me as a whole album, so I agree that I don't think they've beaten it. MX came closest, but the others were more collections of good songs and ok songs. They're stuck really. If they don't change their sound, some people would complain they were too static. When they do, others say they don't like the change. Lose/lose.

So far, Cardiff, Paris, Gothenburg, Brussels and Milan have second dates. They seem to be staggering them quite a bit.

Reading on Twitter, sounds like Ticketmaster Ireland have been having a lot of issues this morning. I never understand how they can't get it right. It's not like this is the first time there's ever been a huge demand on tickets.

Nice! I like the Millennium Stadium for gigs - I've seen a few there and I think they've always been good, whether the roof is open or closed. The only thing to keep an eye out for is if you're leaving by train straight after the gig. The queues can be horrendous, of not organised.

No idea. The difference in prices is a pain. Best guess is that the stadium in Vienna has higher operating costs than the other stadiums.

True! The difficulty is that no-one knows how many early access tickets are available. I don't know how they worked in the summer because we turned up after gates had opened anyway.
