With the album being announced and the billboard story, there's a massive thing going around that HLH won't make it to the album. Why?! It seems to be THE song for the album, and ties in with everything that has been promoted so far (running man, graffiti, opening song to the concerts!, etc). It's my (and a lot of others) favorite song so far, and I guess that all I want is for Coldplay to know what a great song they have here, and that it deserves to be on Mylo Xyloto. I know you know nothing of final track listing, and you can't say anything to us; but is there the chance that you can let the boys know that this song deserves everything it can get for the album? Thanks from a lot of fans. The Oracle replies: I have to say I think it's great that you - and others - are worried that it won't be on the album because you've heard it and love it but trust me, whether it does or doesn't won't matter when the album comes out. You're right I can't say but I will tell you a story. Just before X&Y was finished I heard that Talk was going to be left off. I felt I had to step in so texted Chris. The next thing I knew, it was being mixed and included on the album. Hand on heart I don't know the tracklisting right now but if I did and Hurts Like Heaven wasn't on, I wouldn't text about it. I absolutely LOVE the song but I have faith that this is the album the band wanted to make and want to release so that's good enough for me.

In the beginning of Coldplay's performance at the iTunes Festival and Lollapalooza, there's an orchestra recording playing that sounds like something from Disney. Is that Coldplay's doing or the festival's way of introducing them? I don't know if you've seen the film or not but it was made back in 1985 and is a modern day classic worth checking out.

It was around 50€ for the shows in Italy, all GA, and I'm sure I paid more than 100$ for pit in Charlotte in 2009, I've been to quite a few shows in the past tour in different countries, and the price range is quite interesting

Ehrm not really since it seems they will only tour in December and the dates we have span from November to January :thinking: I guess we will know it soon, if they plan to start selling tickets for the spring tour when the album comes out, these dates needs to be announced early..I just really hope Europe's not gonna be completely blocked by snowfalls everywhere like the past year :uhoh:

And for what? You have got the announcement anyway, and it actually killed the surprise for me to be honest, I hate when people who should respect deadlines aren't able to shut up. If all people were like them you could have known the album was coming out for sure in October since late March.

I don't see anyone lacking of respect to be honest, we're just expressing opinions, and if someone thinks it sucks doesn't mean s/he is lacking of respect towards the band's work, chosing a title cannot even be referred to as a work, their music is, and once again no one is judging their music so far.

it's gonna be my only post about the title, I chose crap just because there are no -0 options, in all honesty for me is craptastically horrible, and even this doesn't get close to how much I think it sucks. Please refrain from the usual 'but you need to listen to the music' since this thread is about the album title and not the music, once the music is out I'm gonna judge it separately. edit: sorry I just saw someone already said it, it just takes ages to type with this damn iPhone :bomb:

Yeah I always check with the various amazon because it happened to me as well that they had a lower price, the only problem is that sometimes they have a few versions of a release listed but the description is not really helpful to understand what's the difference. Thanks for offering to help, I'm gonna order from amazon.com this time, we'll see when LP5 is coming out if I'm gonna need your help :nice:

Delays can happen for whatever reason, it's not that they started playing one hour late, I don't really think there was a real problem and wouldn't look so much into it, they came on stage a few minutes late in Spain as well :shrug:

Thank you girls, you're always so helpful..might as well order from amazon.com then, at least they send to Italy, while a lot of american ebayers don't or ask for expensive registered mail, I never had any problems with items from the US so it really bothers me that I'm missing on a lot of things because they had to deal with stupid Italian ebayers :(

No probs, I see how someone can be misleaded, they used to create an event for each of their gigs, I guess it takes less time to just use an app that does it for you, even though they can't control the info shared.

Those dates are included in their official FB page through an app linked to the website bandsintown, they're not directly updated by them, so nothing official yet :)

The sum of the distances between Mannheim-Strasbourg-Cologne-Antwerpen-Paris is basically the same that there is between Palermo (Sicily) and Milan...what a fair geographical distribution. It's always like this, every band going only to Milan and the rest of the country is always forgotten, it's really depressing, no wonder people living in central-southern Italy prefer to fly to London or other countries, it would cost as much if not less :\ I shouldn't have read these dates, I hope they're bullshit but they seem so real :disappointed:

Their Germany-France-Rest of EU tour would look like this if it turned out to be true (because I like to mess with googlemaps :wacko:)
