  1. is there a COA for the item? Grrr, I hate COAs, they mean absolutely nothing. If you're the kind of person who forges a signature, wouldn't you be the kind of person who'd forge a COA? Most signed stuff on eBay which offers a COA is fake.

    Please take me Emma :wink3:

Yes, the torrent of it is still very much live.
  4. really camille, the single in a few weeks, do you know this or is it wishfull thinking. i wouldnt expect it until early may if the single isnt released until the 23rd.? I'm head of music at a radio station thats about 2 weeks behind the nationals in terms of what we get sent. We're being served with singles for release on April 11th and 18th at the moment, so the nationals are probably starting to get singles in for the start of May. Considering how big a single this is, there will be considerable clamour to play it as soon as possible, which will mean a slightly longer lead time... either way, I think it'll be debuted on Radio 1 or KCRW in the States sometimes in the next fortnight.

That is not a direct shot at you Albie. You were nice and played fair and shared with others. I see Dr Irony is in for surgery today...

Yes, Albie, yes. Thanks for putting them up, saves me a job when I get home (glad you were able to get them at last, Zack :))
  7. I disagree, I think it'll be a huge single. It sounds big, and the soaring synths will come over better on record.
  8. (Incidentally, the irony if this is that, looking at times and stuff, I was downloading before anyone else here, and yet I'm still only on 87% :()
  9. Those of you who've been downloading from BitTorrent, can you leave your clients open? I imagine I'm not the only one who's had to put up with 3-4kb\s download speeds and occasionally nothing coming down at all because those smug, privileged people who got it in 40 minutes closed their clients!
  10. I look forward to an exaplanation of how downloading an unreleased track is like walking into a shop and stealing a CD. Unless, of course, its an existential point.
  11. I have a complete version that I'm willing to send out to people, just drop me a PM or something.
  12. i wouldn't classify that as "early" 2005 as they said it would be. damn! release the damn thing already! You can't release that which doesn't exist yet. Its not finished...
  13. Its probably worth it for the heaviest ever live recording of Shiver, which is fantastically good. Although, I would say that, mine only cost £4.99.
  14. Initially posted in Live, but this seems to be where, ahem, the hep cats post news these days... :) From today's Sun newspaper in the UK: Quick phone calls to contacts at other universities and so forth suggest Glasgow University, Liverpool University, then a final date at ULU on the weekend surrounding the album's release, similar to the Kentish Town Forum album launch gig in August 2002. I really daren't think how rare these tickets will be.

  16. Seems like we were all quite close together then, I was iun about the place those photos were taken from! Def. agree that if you weren't near the front then you wouldn't have enjoyed Feeder that much... the acoustics of Earls Court are so bad that they were fine tuned for Coldplay, and Feeder are a much different kind of band. Still... two weeks on, and what a gig...
  17. If you're recording and encoding... well, you know what to do, make with the details for trading or downloading :)
  18. Just a note for people with tickets for the dates in North America that Feeder are the main support for the US tour in May and June, as they were for the European tour, promoting their Comfort In Sound album which is out in the US on May 20th, the first night of the tour.
  19. Also a note that I did end up right up by the barriers at the front, so with Feeder not using the screens, if you weren't right up the front, you probably wouldn't have enjoyed the set as much. Such is the problem with big venues.
  20. Feeder were half hearted?!? Did we watch the same set? Grant down the front of the stage working the crowd? Taka and Dean duelling guitars? Mark drumming better than I've ever seen him drum before? I think the fact that they were support took the pressue off, and they looked like they were enjoying it.
  21. Definitely Feeder, as has been the same throughout Europe, and also Ia from his new albumn McCullough, who might perform some of his collaborations with the band.
