Grace, its strange, I can kinda relate to your story that 2005 was a crappy year and this year has been so much better. Last year I was ill and tired constantly(kinda had glandular fever) for half the year, felt like I was making the wrong decisions and stuff, lost contact with one of my friends(after a kinda argument), and generally felt not great. This year I feel like Ive taken hold of myself and become wayyy more independant...I guess uni has helped so much, but I just feel more confident as a person and etc etc etc....I wont go on.....
