The thing is, he's not pretending to set an example for anyone. And he's conscious that even if he wanted, he coulnd't be one. But as he knows as well that he's under the public scrutiny constantly, he tries hard to get himself together. First of all, he's doing it for himself and is trying really hard to show some self respect, and that's what should be recognised.

FUCK. Was it that confusing? I never compared them, I just said both bands are in the same league FOR ME. As regards the impact or whatever effect they had ON ME. I'm not trying to say that if you like one band, you sure should like the other. And I tried to be pretty clear about it all being just my point of view. Agree or don't, I don't care.
