Ah yes I remember reading that about him wanting to make music about being in a club, etc. I agree it does sound very think tank! That whole album holds it's own space for me, it has this weird echo to it. It's own time. I dunno :lol:

I've seen a couple of her drawings etc before, which were amazing from what I remember. Hmm, I think just from looking at her she seems really independent. Yea I always remember from NDLTR, when he talked about how he went travelling with her to africa, and how she'd been travelling herself in the 90's.

That is awesome if he is indeed working with Massive Attack, he just never stops making music, its amazing! He just has so much stuff this year, The Rocket Juice album, Blur at Hyde Park, Dr Dee live dates and album, and god knows what else yet :lol: Aww Suzi :nice: I always wondered how involved she was with his music, and vice versa how much he gets involved with her art.

Aww :) I have listened to all their albums over the past few days haha, so keen. I hope you have an amazing trip :nice: I cannot wait either....I am not surprised there would not be a new album tbh, in a weird way. Its just that Damon gets too restless, he always likes to do something new, Dave has his new career, in law, Alex has got his work and life on his farm being a farmer and all that..and Graham, well I imagine him too like Damon, has his own musical things he wants to do away from Blur, carrying on with his own stuff or collaborating. Lets just be happy they are doing this....because I personally never thought I would see them live :) so just really excited for this.. even if nothing else happens.

yes you too! I am on my own travelling to this basically :lol: I don't know anyone who likes Blur enough tbh, my brother would have gone probably, but he didnt really want to spend that much. But I was determined to go, even if I had to go on my own :lol: saddd but true. Are you going with anyone you know? Haha, I would love to get near the front too! Its the only place to be. What kind of 'aura' does he give off when you meet him? I thought their performance at the Brits was ok, I mean the Girls and Boys/Song 2/Parklife trio was alright, I can't really put down the amount of energy Damon put into them songs, his voice however, was not perfect at all. But not as bad as some people were moaning about elsewhere. Tender/This is a Low however, were pretty amazing I thought! Of course these are the sort of songs where Damon can show that he can sing. The rest of the band sounded good too. I got my ticket for Hyde Park too. I can't believe it.
