Well, we get "ss" instead of ß after short vowels, if the word has a long vowel or a diphthong we keep the ß. Names don't change. Another thing is that we now allow the usage of one and the same letter three times in a row. So the word "Schiffahrt" (consisting of Schiff and Fahrt) is now spelt "Schifffahrt". Then the rules for capitalization and the usage of commas changed a bit, but I can't quite recall the changes right now. :blush: Many of the new dictionaries say we shall write "the way we speak" (if it's High German).
