Being serious for a moment... I know this is gonna sound as if would come from a mum or something, but if your parents are overprotective this will change when you will be being older. Honestly. My mum, specially, was also a bit overprotective, always asking questions, waiting for reasons, but when they see you're getting older and you're responsible, the situation is better.
