  1. yes, but we can all lurk in the general area together and have a grand old time a few hours before, and then while the stadium is emptying we all hang out in the car park ready to pounce the second a line begins to form :sneaky:
  2. but with two broken legs you'd get handicapped access and seating, i.e., sometimes right in the front :sneaky: and yes, you could TOTALLY get chris to refer to you in some way! haha, only you guys would be able to say that it's PERVY to be hit by a car containing the coldplay guys
  3. i'm worried about it too, and i'm (probably) not even going to the 18th gig. i'm just worried everything will be so confusing with TWO huge gigs of people milling around :uhoh: i really just wish they put the second, newer gig on the sunday rather than the friday :P i think we'll all be fine, though. i'll organize anything we need to be organized (though i'd try to make sure 90% of it is hammered out by the end of july, because most of my august is devoted to packing up my life and moving it to england :P), and i'd always be willing to hold a place for you guys in line if it starts to form while you're already in the gig :D
  4. aww, i've always loved this foundation :nice: will is insanely adorable in this . gotta love air guitar and air drumming. @carla: something tells me jonny and guy wouldn't be able to share a pants size...:uhoh:
  5. i think i'd laugh my ass off if you met will on a train in houston  not that trains in houston are funny. i just can't imagine any of the guys on american public transport :P
  6. haha, really? i didn't even really go back to check everyone elses' :P but awesome
  7. aww, i ordered mine from amazon and it came on monday. i ordered the deluxe version, though...maybe they missed a shipment of the regular edition? it took me a hell of a lot to find the non-deluxe version in stores, but i finally found it in best buy :wacky: and YAY for an EP making the top 20!
  8. my brother's facebook status is currently "there's a cold war coming, on the radio i heard...", so of COURSE i had to leave a comment finishing off the verse. it was the only right thing to do. he commented back "ok, ok, keep your pants on" and for me: parachutes: fall AROBTTH: winter VLVOD: spring X&Y: summer
  9. yes, but then i would be arrested before the gig . what's the fun in that? :P i'd be honored to be hit by their escapes   (i'm getting to into this stalker-persona, i know :P)
  10. i think that's the general idea, but i don't think anyone's going to boo you if you post regular pictures :wacky:
  11. CARLA, YOU ARE A GENIUS :stunned: WHY DIDN'T I SEE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR HANGING OUT AT THE STAGE DOOR IN ALL THIS?!?
  12. ^completely agreed on the nickelodeon front. we definitely had the golden age of nickelodeon when we were growing up...now about 99% of it is just embarrassing. i was never a big disney channel fan, though i did occasionally watch the older made-for-TV movies before they got really bad. i really just stuck to nickelodeon.
  13. the more i think about it, the more i want to get seated tickets for friday . i think there's about a 98% chance i won't bother, though...i'd be so dead. it is rather tempting, though.
  14. trading the actual jonny for the actual chris would be a real toughie on my part...but i guess i'd do it because you'd want the actual jonny more than you'd want the actual chris, and either way i'd be pretty damn happy :P if the guys are perchance reading this, they should be verrrrry afraid
  15. it sounds like it worked really well :D but didn't the non-coldplayers or people not on the list get mad that so many people were cutting them to go to the front? maybe i'm just not understanding, but does everyone have an equal opportunity to sign up for the waitinglist, not just coldplayers?
  16. CARLA, DON'T TEMPT ME. coldplay? holland? :bomb: good luck getting tickets, everyone!
  17. i think we could make the waiting list idea work somehow, but we'd have to make it fair to all the other, non-coldplayers waiting in line. as much as i wish we could, we can't just let every coldplayer cut everyone else in the line :\. all the other people in line would riot and kill us if we just let 70 people cut to the front :P
  18. ohh, that's interesting about the food. in america, you can't bring in any food because they expect you to BUY all the food you need in the venue for ridiculously expensive prices. if you bring in your own food, the venue loses money because you're not spending $6 on a hotdog and $4 on a bottle of water, so they don't allow it
  19. we're going to have to work that out. people are saying that with one concert going on, they're not going to let people start to line up until everyone is out of the stadium, which makes sense. as of right now, i plan to get to wembley like an hour or two before the friday night gig lets out and hover around, and then LEAP on line the second they say we can. erm, does anyone think it's a problem that i keep misreading the word "wednesday" as "wembley"? :uhoh:  i've done it like three times now :P
  20. erm, well, i would say that just coming on saturday is a bad idea. even if they don't let us start lining up on friday until AFTER the friday gig lets out, people with more experience than i have say you pretty much HAVE to come on friday or else you've lost all hope for seeing anything. but if you can't come friday, i would say come as early as you possibly can manage that saturday . meaning like any time between the hours of 4AM and 9AM :P
  21. haha, ok, good. kara says there's several pubs nearby anyway, and a mcdonalds. :P do UK venues let you bring in food? in america, that's strictly forbidden. i'm still hoping there are going to be adequate potties in this whole venture :P
  22. oooh, smelly too! and probably starving. don't mind the rest of us if we take a step back when we meet you for the first time
  23. you'll probably be more tired than you ever were before after those two nights . i can't even imagine coming out of a concert and...waiting in line again for almost 20 more hours. when i come out of concerts i'm all giddy for like two hours...and then i want nothing more than a nice bed :P. i think that's why i'm pretty much entirely vetoing the idea of me going to both...also because i can't wait in line on thursday and miss things during the morning on friday. damn uni :P
  24. something tells me that there are more diehards here than just us on the site  :uhoh: (which completely blows my mind, BTW...if you're a coldplay diehard, why WOULDN'T you be on this site?!) still, i think there will be several non-coldplayer campers.
