well just as i gave up hope ever finding a 'what if ' single, I end up coming across one in a local cd shop :o:D ( + the japanese speed of sound cd single, which cost me more than the what if single :p ) they also had a few promo cdsingle and a lot of bootlegs from their concerts in Belgium too, if i earn some more money i'm definately going back there !

as novah already mentioned above me here, Brothers and sister was actually released more than twice: - original 1999 release on Fierce Panda ( limited release ) (Ning 68cd) - 2002 Fierce Panda re-issue (Ning 68cd) - Brash music Fierce Panda re- release (US) (BRH1023-2 ) - Sixthman Fierce Panda Release (US) (SXM2-61023) thre's are just the ones i'm quite sure of, since the sixthman release was deleted and probably re-issued again, but i need to check that out. conclusion, yes the original UK release of Brothers and Sisters is quite rare :P

GOW probably isn't from Antwerp He doesn't do a 'Woo' at 00.42 (haha 42 :p ) and because they played it the first time there, the audience wasn't applauding that loud when they heard the first notes of the song, they applauded more when they announced they were going to play a new song. It probably is from one of the concerts after that, when glass of water wasn't officially released but only a youtube vid. Anyways just a though, if they edited a lot in the songs, it could aswell be from Antwerp but i doubt it

The only 7" from VLVODAAHF was the one given with the NME magazine: Violet hill although i've seen a Lovers in Japan 7" vinyl pass on ebay. But Viva la vida and lost weren't released on vinyl...

well thanks a lot for the link btw! Even if they don't have the singles anymore or whatever, it was worth the try. If it works i might buy some more, you can never have too many 'what if' singles, right ? :P

And a couple of days ago i was in a record store looking in the 7" singles box and what do my little eye see? the 7" jukebox promo vinyl of Yellow/ Trouble for € 1 more than a regular 7" single. So I payed 6euros for something i've been trying to find for suite a while. My day couldn't be ruined anymore :smug::smug:

you can always find them on the internet. They're not that expensive through ebay and such. Well that's relative of course, but they're cheaper than what i paid for them in a store and they are often new too

Well it has been released quite a while back, and it was limited.... I guess that you'll still be able to find it if you're very lucky.

I think it is official though. I've got their first 3 albums on cassette and they all come from indonesia or Malaysia because they still have a lot of cassette decks over there. My cassettes look official, the inlay and such aren't that easy to duplicate.

it's indeed much easier. when you come across something on ebay or whatever, you just check if it's 1) official 2) new to your collection i just thought : if i make a catalogue of what i've got, why can't i make one of what's on the market. the bible for every coldplay collector. what i would do is, right now i'm doing the AROBTTH releases and when i'm done with it, i would send it to you and you could check if you think everything is on it or not. if you agree that is ...

Haha that actually is my excel file :p ( well i didn't make it, but i added stuff and changed the layout so what you just showed me is my version ) how funny that it got there :p well i can tell you that it's not complete and certainly now, with the VLVODAAHF releases and stuff. So i'm actually making one now from scratch ( with this one as a source ).
