Just in case you're wondering what the stream and flash do... stream is used to play a windows stream file like wav, mp2, mp3.... use as [stream]your stream url here.mp3[/stream] Flash plays *.swf files use as [flash width=350 height=350 loop=true]your flash file url here.swf so you can even do fancy things with sound and vision!!! :shock:

Well you'll immediately see a slightly different 'feel' to the board. The theme - colour and style will change over time towards something similar to the original theme. This theme is only temporary. The worst thing you can do to yourself! High protein and low carbs is a recipe for low energy, starvation and a knackered immune system. The body can only use fat with adequate carbohydrates to drive the process. All a high protein diet will do is give you yellow pee when it's all broken down. People get rapid weight loss with this diet (like all fad diets in the first few weeks) cos it's hard to eat adequate calories. Trust me I know what I'm talking about.
