Beach or Pool?
The beach 100%. I go down to the one we have here like every week, even though it's polluted :uhoh: I try to force myself to believe that it's nice anyway.

:stunned: Oh my god, that's soo crazy! :laugh3: All the pieces just fell perfectly in their place (Coldplay and Ticketmaster pages up on screen, you being on a trip to Toronto, Coldplay being in town) and you managed to get great seat tickets! I can't believe what a great surprise that must be haha but I really hope that the seller sends them over to you quick. I've never used StubHub so I wouldn't know but Hippotamus did... I'm not sure how long it took for him to get them... Good luck! You're going to have so much fun :laugh3: Us Toronto folk are a good bunch

Do you know any celebrity that loves coldplay??
There was a whole thread http://coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=55762&highlight=miley+cyrus about this a while ago, where she says her dream duet would be with Coldplay and that Chris asked her if she wanted to "hang out" at the Grammys. :dozey:

Do you know any celebrity that loves coldplay??
Have you not heard that radio interview she was on, where she was exaggerating everything about meeting Chris, and saying she was their biggest fan ever sort of thing? Oh god :uhoh:

I wish they played Shiver on there VLV tour
Exactly my thoughts! Sparks is such a beautiful, beautiful yet simple song.

the new tour book?
I got the one from 2008 but I'm definitely going to get this one too when I see the at Thursday's show!

Arctic Monkeys!
True, the video was probably done as a bit of a laugh or something, but its like 8 steps back from the quality and strength of Leave Before The Lights Come On, for example. They definitely changed their style and grew out of their old look, but that's how I've always registered them. Their new direction and style in music and appearance confuses me with who I recognize as the 'Arctic Monkeys'. I just hope the new album will change my mind and make me take back my thoughts. Maybe I'm being ignorant but those are my two cents.

Given the chance of showers during the day, it'll probably stay closed. Someone should give them a call 416-341-1707. I just tried but the line's busy....

College isn't worth it.
College or university isn't a waste, but it definitely depends on how you make of the experience. It's far more than just studying and going to lectures; you are open to countless opportunities to network and find things that you love and want to learn. At the end of it all, you use what you've gained and as the person you've grown into during university, to fit into a job you want. Or so I hope.

What are you reading right now?
I'm reading 'Fahrenheit 451' By Ray Bradbury - I can't believe I haven't read this until now.

Rate the latest movie you've seen
The Hangover 9/10 I was surprised at how good and how funny it actually was. Definitely one of the most worthwhile comedies I've seen in a while. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a good long laugh.

They hand out LeftRightLeftRightLeft after the end of the concert, probably form up lines or something. I really hope it doesn't rain, the weather's been pretty wonky the last week.. Ahhhh. This week!

You can learn something new, what is it?
Let's trade: I'll teach you some origami stuff (or what I can remember haha) and you can give me piano-playing skills. There are so many things I want to learn: To play the guitar and the piano, speak fluenty in three languages, pick up a unique talent, work with photoshop, how to fix my computer when it dies, et cetera...

Fix You, Fixes my heart
The whole song is brilliant. The end is just brilliant x4

Do you hate the taste of beer?
Most wines taste nasty to me. White wines taste like bittter cough syrup. Beer is easier to go down because after a few, do you even realise the taste? Not exactly. :P And some are definitely better than others. As for Smirnoff, their flavoured cooler things taste pretty good.

Fix You, Fixes my heart
Agreed. Fix You was the song that made me melt and fall in love. Cheese, but true. The tip of the iceberg. And the rest is history

Gravity (appreciation Thread)
The things I would do to have them play this song live now. "..the way that gravity pushes on you and I.." It's absolutely gorgeous

What is your favourite Coldplay song today?

:laugh3: Ain't no rivalry between the cities here Aw you're so lucky - you get to go to Osheaga a few days after the Coldplay concert here in Toronto! Envy! I would if I could. If only the price of the ticket included a round trip to Montreal :( I'd book that so fast

The Simpsons: Coldplay's Chris Martin among season 21 guests
:laugh3: A tad random but I can't wait. To be honest, I used to watch The Simpsons religiously when I was younger, but I haven't properly tuned into an episode in years. I'm excited for this though!

I could go check out a game but I feel like it'd be a waste for me considering I know nothing about the Argos, and I've never caught onto the excitement of football. I'm thinking of giving them to a friend for a present. I never thought of the charity idea but it's a great one to consider

I can't believe I just typo-ed that!! :disappointed: What I really meant to say was: Montreal is amazing, which is why after I come back from a trip there, I feel like Toronto definitely lacks that certaine je ne sais quoi
