Usually, it doesn't take much time to fall asleep. As some of you said, it depends on how tired am I. It can take 10 mins if I'm tired enough and not worried. It can take 4 hours if I can't find the necessary peace to fall asleep.

That's the same for me. Actually, I should that was the same for me. I was used not to expressing my anger. I was used to keeping inside of me and holding gruges against the person who made me angry. Now it's not the same. I think everything changed when I started driving. I dunno if you feel the same about it, but driving has that strange power to get the anger out of you. That particularity started showing up more and more in my everyday life, and now, when something or someone makes me angry, I'm quite unable to control that and everything gets out. If I can control that anger, I don't talk to the person I'm angry with. I'll keep being silent until the person or I break up the silence. But usually, I won't be the one who will apologize first.
