i agree with everything you just said coldkay!! i didn't see them when they were here either, which i was cut about, but next time they come - FRONT FREAKING ROW!!!! i was soo very happy when i read that guy said maybe JANUARY 2007!! that would be so amazingly wonderful, even if it was just a new single. but even if not january, any time next year would be AWESOME. :D

dark & heavy = good. some sunny little songs like sleeping sun = good. lots of will+jonny+guy harmonies = good.

i didn't really like the singing. i turned the tv on right as Fix You began with the fireworks and such. i remember being at the royal easter show this year, and watching the fireworks that end the day, and they had Fix You playing and it was beautiful, and i felt a little bit lost... GO DAMIEN!!

(or any other aussies?) the other night on super request, a coldplay fan rang up and he caught Chris's disposable camera at one of their gigs!! i got excited hearing that lol. and then this girl rang up and rattled off all the gigs she's been to this year and coldplay was one, and then she said she thought that since Chris married Gwyneth he wasn't very nice. so i told the radio to be quiet and that Chris is lovely. :)

God Put A Smile is just in standard but detuned a tone-and-a-half - so it's Db Gb B E Ab Db. :) i love how chris plays guitar! and how he uses loverly open tunings, coz i deadset live in open tunings lol. :D

don't get me wrong, I absolutely love, worship and adore Parachutes and X&Y. But there is just something ESPECIALLY special about Rush of Blood... each of the songs is so completely different and beautiful in its own way and i love it so so much.
