peng... its perfectly natural to feel down every now and again. we learnt about it as part of the diploma of youth work that i'm doing. it only becomes a problem when it is constant for a long time, like a month. so unless the case is like that theres nothing to worry about. its natural and happens to the best of us ;) i hope you'll feel better soon though. listen to some coldplay to cheer you up. i recomend 'i ran away'
