Definitely one of their best. However, it's a bit odd for an album opener. It sets the tone for the rest of the album but rest of the album didn't seem to get the memo and decided to head into another direction. 😄 This song has the angst the band has been missing for awhile now (EL not counted) and I was hoping the rest of the album will follow suit. Not a fan of the autotune at the end though.

MitM - I think this will grow on me. After hearing all the rave about it, I'm not exactly blown away. That said, I would have this instead of Good Feelings or We Pray (as WP doesn't really fit with the album). A Wave - first time I've heard this and..wow! If these new songs were on the album, it would have been such a brilliant album.

Can someone tell me the difference between Anglesong and the version on the album?

Ok, fine. I take back what I said about the boys not being able to do a good slow song. Soooo much better than All My Love (sorry, I really dislike this song).

For some reason I held off buying the album. Now I'm glad I didn't - I'm hoping the Full Moon version gets a physical release. Also, I love how they call it Full Moon.

Oh why oh why did they tag on the last bit. It should be in the middle of the album somewhere if they really wanted it. A really nice closer, links well with the opener.

I agree. I use to be one of those fans comparing every new album with their indie ones and of course we get disappointed. But if you think about what they release at the time of their career, it's a pretty good album and much better one than the last. That's all I ask I guess - for an album to be better than the last.

I'm surprise at how much I enjoyed this song. Definitely sounds more like an EL song than a MM one though.

On first listen: MOON MUSiC - odd opener. I need to listen to it again to properly rank this but this should be at the end. feelslikeimfallinginlove - better first single than Higher Power. Works well with this album WE PRAY - should be on EL. JUPiTER - i kinda dig this. GOOD FEELiNGS - the odd one out. but would have been a better single than We Pray 🌈 - ALiEN HiTS/ALiEN RADiO - i like it? need another listen. iAAM - I am a Mountain - nice but way too short. AETERNA - don't know how i feel about this one. need another listen. ALL MY LOVE - not a fan at all. I've mentioned this before, the boys haven't done a good slow song in years. ONE WORLD - nice closer. why the hell would you tag on that end bit?! I don't know what I think of this album. It's definitely much better than MotS (and maybe even AHFOD), but not up there with EL or MX for sure. This album sounds like one big interlude to Vol 3: "Here are some songs for you to enjoy but here are all these foreshadowing instrumental things that you may or may not hear in Vol 3."

Oh wow! As an OldPlayer, this makes me very happy. I disliked MotS and AHFOD. I had hope after EL but then we know what happened after that. So hearing about this gives me so much hope. That said, it looks like they are still doing the whole pop album, Coldplay album, pop album, Coldplay album thing. Does this mean that Vol 3 will suck? 😄

Glad to hear that it's sounding better than MotS. That was my biggest worry - that they'll continue the 'disjointed-ness' of MotS into MM. But it sounds like it's more cohesive.
