  1. I was born on Saturday the 31st...does that make me evil too?
  2. America is so ahead of Canada in alot of ways and it bugs me. The U.S.A. is the dominant commercial, social and political country for some reason. I think Canada is a much better country in many ways, but for some reason America gets all the publicity.
  3. Well if that's not stereotypical I don't know what is. What makes gay people in particular so interesting and rad?
  4. Ice caps are like a whole other food group to me
  5. My boyfriend and his brother are addicted to that game.
  6. Yeah, it definitely depends on how well established they are. The only complete album I've ripped off was Linkin Park's first.

Avril is a master people-pleaser. She puts out exactly what the audience wants to hear, no matter if it follows her "style" or not.
  8. Hi!

    Hi Stephanie, I'm Jessica. :D
  9. True, but I don't feel guilty when I burn albums. So many fans support the bands by buying their albums, going to concerts, buying paraphanalia. They can afford to have people rip them off once in a while

A tablespoon of Avril 2 cups of Britney A pinch of Christina Garnish with J.Lo THAT'S what bad dreams are made of :D
  11. If I really care about the band and want to support them, then I'll buy the cd. But otherwise, what's the point? Cd's are so expensive these days. I'm only willing to pay 15 or 20 bucks for a band that I really like.
  12. I have about $5 to my name because I pay bus fare every day  I'll probably burn it and listen to that until I save up enough to get the real one.
  13. Not yet, but I'm saving up my pennies :D
  14. I would recommend listening to Working For Vacation or Moonchild. Those are my favorites :)
  15. I was disappointed that Mike Turner left because he played a huge role in the band. I agree with you that Gravity was probably Steve's "learning experience", and the next album will be better. Did you get the OLP Live cd yet?
  16. This band is SO different from anything you've heard before. The two lead singers are originally from Japan, so they have a very distinct sound. It's so easy to get hooked on Cibo Matto :D
  17. To me it's kind of hard to tell whether they were experimenting with something new or if they're running out of good stuff  I thought Gravity was mediocre: good, but not their best effort. Raine's voice even sounds different which was a bit disappointing.
  18. Nah, I don't think so really. :-o

Avril mooned everybody AGAIN! Was that really necessary? I don't think so. I had bad dreams
  20. Yeah I know what you mean. The songs on Gravity are like most of the mainstream alternative songs out there, but that's not necessarily bad. I just really loved their other cd's, and Gravity was a whole lot different.
