Mari, that's a beautiful dress! Hmmm maybe not peep toes....You can balance the sexy with some mary janes? But black tights and your black oxfords would be a nice mix, i think. Chelsea, both dresses are cute! But I wouldn't wear your boots with that black dress, it's too much black, since your boots are a little higher up the leg, it might be too much black at once. That's just me though, perhaps another black shoe that's lower if it need be all black! As for the purple dress, the dress might be too dressy for casual riding boots. But you should try them on together anyways.
