i just saw that on the news too. horrific stuff. i don't get why these people take revenge on people around them, most unsuspecting, who end up as collateral damage for something they knew nothing about. it is just upsetting to see this happening. massacres and such are always sad and depressing, this is no exception, geeez!

^ yeah, i think you shouldn't focus on coldplay but start off with what MTF is then branch off about the popularity of the general public, then talk about how it has been further popularised by ----- and list a whole bunch of celebrities but just ellaborate on coldplay as an example of how celebrities get involved and then suggest possible ways to help MTF. (and, if you didn't know what MTF before coldplay made it mean something to you, you can add that in to say "even i now know about MTF because of coldplay, and so many more know about this issue because of ....." etc) this is really general and nothing to follow to the T but just a suggestion :nice:

far out theories unsupported by facts or science that a man who could've become the american president is using. that makes no sense. in australia we have broken our temperature records and continue to do so year by year and our winters are hardly winters anymore. could you provide a link or something about where and when it has been "ALOT hotter then it is now on its own without humans involved" ? just so i can see it from all angles, of course...........

so scientific environmentalism doesn't have political involvement and scientific socialism has no fundamentals? that makes no sense. anything that means anything has political involvement. science has been wrong many times, who knows if this is an exception or not, but i think you are "ignorant for listening to scientific environmentalism" and not seeing it from all angles. i don't know all the facts about global warming but i do know it's a lot hotter now than it was a decade ago and icebergs and glaciers don't just melt for no reason. if it is the earth's own natural process then good for the earth, but we certainly are contributing to global warming. there is waaaay more evidence, and i don't just mean the media, but the undeniable fact i can feel on my own skin it's getting hotter. there are a lot of greenhouse gases, hyrocarbons, that we contribute to the environment. i simply think we should control our usage and reasonably do what we can until we find an alternative way to ensure we aren't running ourself hot. ^ Gore may not have all the facts and i agree it isn't the best thing to go as far as making a movie about something he doesn't know all the facts about, but it's something that's brought attention to an extremely important issue (then again, it's importance is a personal perspective). and i doubt he'd be so public about it if he didn't "know what he's talking about".

^^ yeah so am i. i have to pass the australia zoo every wednesday and the row of flowers are getting bigger everytime. it's so sad, still soo sad. i just read about the 5500 tickets for the australia zoo tribute and i reeeeeeally want to go but the queues are already getting long and i'm afraid with the limit of 4 tickets per person, there would be no more left :( i guess watching it on the tv or on the large screens will be ok but nothing beats the real thing. ^ i've been watching him on animal planet a lot recently as well : ) it's great they are showing a tribute, i was watching all weekend.
