i definitely wouldn't count it out Annie, i think they've grown fond of Australia [i hope] to return again, they just have tooooooo, and going by their actions in the past, they are due for a trip down under. fingers still crossed.

you know, i agree with a lot of what you've written but never really full-heartedly. maybe because everything is going right in my life that i don't notice a lot of crap happening in the world, that and in the past i've reflected on the status of the world and thought completely helpless it wasn't funny, so in a large way i chose to acknowledge everything but move on before my brain turns to marshmellow and i start thinking impossible ways to fix this place. i can't change the world but i can change myself and now and then, do something good for others that give me complete satisfaction but without them knowing, and hopefully others are doing the same for me. you've got a lot on your mind, and after reading that so do i but i struggle to write it all down in a way you'd all understand without thinking "what is this girl on about?" but this bit i had no problem completely understanding. i've felt that way many times. life is just zipping by and i know i'm living it but when i do find time to look back i have no clue as to how i got here and so quickly too. distance doesn't have to be living in different countries as it was a few years ago when a friend would move overseas and you'd wonder how on earth you'd keep in touch . internet sounded like an amazing thing, but think we're on the other side of the bell curve now with friends just a few houses away now, and the accepted way of "getting together" or seeing each other is in chat or myspace comments where people mainly give to recieve one in return. that was random but hm, i don't know. i hate feeling helpless and unfortunate when i think about life today it makes me wanna turn everything upside down, who knows we could be better off, maybe not, but something has to change and i know i'm not the first or the last to see it, all it takes is a good look around, preferably actually going out and not opening google earth, or some website yeah. interesting post.

great pics everyone, they seem to happen when everyone is bored lol what a lovely cp community we have here! .... i just came back from my friend's 21st party [willy wonka themed] so my sister and i went as oompa loompas. oh it was such a FUN party!!! as it was chocolate themed, there was heaps and heaps and heaps of chocolate around, even a chocolate fountain :nice: and of course willy wonka and the chocolate factory was playing in the background lol anyway here's a few pics! [i'm in brown] a lot of hairspray went into keeping my fro up, and a lot of water to getting it down :lol:

thanks for that Nadia :) i can't believe that Norweigian tv network were ripping them off using comforting sounds, like no one would know! for those eager to see the 2nd episode of Mew's video diary, it's here and it's great. ah it's sooo surreal, what a mew world they create. check it out on their myspace. this time Bo is narrating...it's really good, very brief again, but great! the animations, just everything :D on a semi-new topic, semi because it has to do with the tour, a friend of mine in california may be attending the show in los angeles. i was talking to him about it yesterday and seriously i am over the moooooooon with this news because if he does go, which i'm sure he will, he can take pics and qiqjwiqjef sorry very excited as you could imagine...anyway, i've got my fingers crossed because if he does go, well i'll wait to say until i know he is actually going lol :P :nice:

^ lol yeah it great, not too sure about lovely. i just saw my old posts about how devastated i was about missing out on the concerts and well, i'm devastated all over again lol GOSH! it was turning out so well. at the start of 06, coldplay, u2 and coldplay were my top 3 bands, and all had announced concerts, well i can't complain, i went to the cp show and was close enough to chris that i could see his wrist tattooes....BUT STILL!

well they were here last year, the year before, and the year before that so i think there is a big chance it could happen again. right now they finished touring the states, and it looks like the winter/spring period could be a likely time [if it actually goes through] so yeah :) if they do come, meeting up with fellow coldplayers would be awesome, great idea! that would be fun, and a friend of mine from the states will be visiting, and i just got him into them so if time allows, we'll all have a fantastic time! fingers crossed :D :nice:

haha, well good for you! they've been to australia few times but all times i've missed them because at the time i didn't know what or who they were. but as soon as their are dates and venues ... i'm there! :D

^ you're a complete mewsical hero Gareth, thanks for those ... no way of finding those here, but i have come across the vinyls for all coldplay albums so it's not all bad ... but still! if/when you eventually get your hands on those, please let us know :) btw, new interview held on the 22nd on this month lol Bo is such a character!!! [check link in sig] the interviewer's constant mispronunciation of frengers was soo annoying, he should've done some research!

what a weird idea :freak: i'd hang out with a guy i like [who doesn't know it's me and that i like him] and find out what he thinks of me [the female me] - that would be really interesting. in fact, i'd like to spend time with my friends and family just to see how they are when i'm not around. i don't know really lol funky idea though.

^ thanks Dave :nice: i didn't know there was another one. ^ and thanks for that special version Gareth! :) ah how great for you SniperShot! it bet it was an unforgettable experience. did you manage to take any pics? or get an autograph? ... reminds me of a dream i had on sunday night, mew came to australia and played a very intimate gig for only like 20 people, of which i was front center with my camera, but because i was so dazzled and amazed that i was actually seeing them, i forgot to take a lot of pics. i got 1 of Bo and that's it, none of Jonas believe it or not lol and as i was about to meet them after the show, i woke up...so it seems at the moment, the only way i can see them live is in my dreams :tongue: :lol:

^ lol funny you say that since i went to an international school back in png so i've had lot of exposure to different cultures etc, but after i moved here to aus, i've been really deprived of rich culture so coming here sort of gives me that too so yeah another ^ reason i like this place :nice:

i saw someone who resembled chris martin. ok not really in looks so much as in facial features, but his height....actually it was just his height and body shape that reminded me of chris at the concert. i remember thinking "wow, you are kind of tall" so yeah! lol this is really random but it's the first thing i thought of when i saw that guy.

i haven't met anyone from this board but i have found people i think are pretty great and if we were to meet would most likely hit it off, but at the same time i think it's wonderful how i don't know anyone on here really but i we talk as if we're all living a few houses away lol. i think the only person i have most chance meeting is carole [vertigo caz] (btw where the hell are you?) since she lives in Aus, same goes for other aussies i suppose but special mention goes to her since she has started to like mewwwww :wacko: lol
