  1. Aw man, I think I am gonna be 5 times crying during Up&Up live. Although I still prefer Fix You in any way but for this AHFOD tour, I have changed my mind - Up&Up is winning. It has that different emotional level you can feel apart from Fix You. With the ending lyrics that says "Don't ever give up", the simple sentence that everyone usually knows about, but its brought up into a song, and Coldplay arrange the tone in a good way possible. I honestly dont know how to explain but it always brings me tears at the end of the song, I always have that deep moment.
  2. Dont say a long hiatus, it sounds scarier :bigcry: They might be on a hiatus but not gonna be very long :D
  3. I believe the band would never stop touring or would even still be releasing an album. I still think they are gonna be on a hiatus, like when they have done this previously, probably around 2.5 - 3 years? So let's say the band will end their tour at the end of next year 2017, they might release an album again in 2019 or sometime in 2020 (goddammit what a perfect digit!). Then they might tour but maybe not as big, or it could be. If it were meant to be a bigger tour I would assume bigger like X&Y or probably like Ghost Stories era, intimate shows and only go to a few cities. All in all, as I have listened to Chris's previous interviews, the band will not break up, Chris will not go solo, and I believe the band will keep making music until they die (please dont die in the near time but really they will be fucking legends) Coldplay cant be compared to legendary bands like The Beatles. But for an era like this, they will be the next generation of 'them'. The four-piece who always make music and still popular. I dont think I see fans get really hyped up until now. I dont know, maybe I'm just that huge fan. Sounds like biased but I know I'm fucking right :laugh3:
  4. I was trying to find Birds song live in Argentina on the first day, if anyone finds the link, could you pm me please? Thanks.
  5. Ah yes! I have forgotten Life Is For A Living used to be a song closer too. That was a good one during Parachutes era. I agree on what you said, Up&Up ends with bittersweet but I wouldnt say it's the perfect song to end for every era. I guess it fits for this current tour. But maybe Fix You is more of fitting in all tours, imo. I dont know, I find it Fix You has more sad and hopeful message in it, it's more meaningful when it puts at the very end of the setlist. Or better yet, sometimes I would love to see Gravity being played live at the Encore, right before Fix You or Up&Up. Like man, I really wish it could ever happen.
  6. Nooooo its not going to be the farewell :bigcry:
  7. Yes. They have only been to Singapore during X&Y, which I have been, and VLV.

Chocolate. I am always a big fan of chocolates. Cassette or Jukebox?
  10. Hmm interesting. Need to check her out later.
  11. What's good for a song closer live? It used to be Fix You for the longest time, before that it was Amsterdam and way before that (Could you figure that out, I think it was See You Soon?) And with now Fix You is no longer as the song closer, which is replaced by Up&Up, I find both have unique differences why both fit in, although I sometimes miss Fix You being the ending because it literally sums up about...everything. I cant specifically describe how 'everything' will lead to but with the matter of tunes, it fits very well that goes with the piano and the meaning of the song itself imo. Thoughts?
  12. This is so nearby! If I have got a chance then I might go! But I still hope Coldplay would go to Singapore at one point though
  13. Can anyone post the setlist here please?

Hoho that someone could be me[emoji14] I am just gonna copy paste everything I said to jc90: What I can imagine from now is when the band ride bikes along the way and there comes a shade where it shows their flashbacks of their career from early 2000s, their memories with themselves as a four piece, friends, family and fans. But one alternative I can think of is there will be shots of people who are in need, say like in people of Africa, the band really care about donations and giving out to them, so it could be relevant about that working together with Oxfam (Dunno why I think about that but it somehow reminds me of these things..) Because I feel like up&up is about their journey, showing how far they have gone through from the beginning and how success they are reaching to where they are now. I would prefer the montage of past videos of their 20s, their interviews with MTVs or like TRLs (omg it doesnt exist anymore) :laugh3:
