Well, you don't have to paint it if you get some butterflies (from the concert or you make them). Actually I bought a transparent adhesive film, cut the pickguard form, pasted the butterflies and then applied on the pickguard. So the butterflies are protected (except of the loose edges) and you won't harm the pickguard and can extract it in the future. You could probably paint on the film too, and then cover it with another layer at the end.

Thanks for all the comments. I agree I should have used less butterflies, but it was to late when I realized :P The pink butterfly is a little bit damaged now I've been playing, I'll maybe have to trim the edges as 2732 suggested.

Do you like it? Been thinking of painting my guitar as the guys, but this came out as a more "original" idea :P

I really love the new Coldplay, looking back, you can see that each record has it's own atmosphere and mood, but listening to Prospekt March snippet made me realize how cool would be to get some new songs in the Parachutes style, it's sounds like a lovely one (just turn down the synths a bit :p)

they could've added two more songs, DAAHF and Yes!, scientist too... I hope they add some more songs on the tour considering the ticket price :P

an hour and ten minutes.... not that bad, a shame they didnt play Yes! on the acoustic set, that would be perfect.
