I dont really like comparing bands(especially ones I like), because they are each gonna have their own unique qualties. Also, i feel personally that rather than comparing the bands, one should just listen to what they like:) And.. im sure many bands have had influence from the beatles. Pink floyd and the beatles are both amazing bands/artist.

Amazing question Nick.And yes I think about that all the time. I like to think of myself as a very open minded person, but I have my faults jsut as many people do. And sometimes, viewing other cultures can be hard, especially when they are soo different from my own life. But, I find other cultures and peoples lives very interesting. I think some people woul be happier the way they live, than to be forced to change into western civilaztions ways. I feel like that really didnt answer your question... But, I did meet a girl from china recently and I asked her if she had any siblings and she said, "no im not allowed too" and then i rememberd the whole one child law act and whatnot. Im not too sure how she thinks of my life, i know for sure that some aspects of it that are very different, but I am sure some parts of my life are the same. I think there are certain aspects of family that are the same world wide. and gosh im rambling sorry:(

I dont think the beatles music is that simple*my opinion* and by simple what do you mean. Explain. *all this anti beatles talk and thinking they are an overrated or untalented band, makes me wanna listen to them*

Arctic monkeys in my opinion are nowhere near being overated i know so many people who have never even heard of them.. On a side note, it bugs me when people judge a band when only knowing a few songs. For the beatles references here.. Strawberry fields in my opinion is a good song. But, thats just my opinion. And.. of course everyone is going to have different opinions on what bands/artist they find to be overrated.

To eglatine: The concert was awesome- first time seeing coldplay! And i was so excited when they cam up to the lawn, I was about 4rows of people from their lil mini stage they played on.

On the van, i have my white hoody up. And in the daylight one im wearing the white hoody and striped t-shirt

My friends and I after the coldplay concert... sitting on the van and before coldplay came on:) I was super excited

awesome- I laughed at this. Unless my values/morals/life was in danger, I would go as far as I could to help my friends.

Yesterday=Happy cuz i saw coldplay for the first time! Today= still happy- but now sort of lazy

I would say my friend have somewhat of an infuence on me, but It doesnt make me change who I am. For example i have some friends who do drugs*more than just pot , drinking and smoking cigs* and for me personally I dont do that kind of stuff. But my friends do have a more positive influence on me, even if we are different in certian aspects we are always there one another:)

Not all of us are- many of us would actually agree with you. Yeah this forum*the lounge* has always been random, but alot of the times we do talk about actual meaniful stuff. I havent been on for a few weeks to amonth either... then i caome back and its bout waffles. You should stay and get to know some people. Also people on here are nice:)
