I'm loving the album... such a good sound for them, I'm glad they came back with something like this. It gives me the same feeling their first album did when I heard it in highschool. Saw the documentary part 2 last night also - really good. The 3rd segment is tonight at 8 and I think the last one is tomorrow night if you want to catch it.

That's prob cause that show doesn't start til tonight hah. +2 for that Wilco documentary though, I just got that a few weeks ago.

The Inside - Moses Mayfield (I know it came out on Tuesday but I just got it before work this morning!) I love them!

Hey everyone, So a lot of bands/artists sound great recorded, but then live they fall short of their recordings. For example... I think Moses Mayfield was very impressive. Totally unexpected. Just pre-ordered their cd andddd I'll be going to see them live on Friday with Pete Yorn. What bands/artists have you seen live that just blew you away at how tight they were?

i just finished up A Man Without A Country by Vonnegut. a nice short read and classic Vonnegut which i love oh so much.

def get netflicks! my roommates and i all split it so its only a few bucks a month each and we get 3 DVDs at a time. its pretty great. i should add Scrubs to my list!

I def recomend picking up the new Shins album for sure. It's a different direction than where they went with "Oh, Inverted World" and "Chutes Too Narrow" but I really like it. Also Sondre Lerche's new album "Phantom Punch" is quite awesome and again a cool new direction from previous efforts, especially his last "Duper Sessions". Im really lookin forward to the new Modest Mouse. I have a good feeling about that one!

Everything I wanted already came out! Switchfoot was so good when i caught one of their shows with Moses Mayfield from their tour a couple months back that I got Oh Gravity as soon as it came out. I want them to announce who they are touring with next so that i can hear the new stuff live!

What is the epitome of "don't judge the music by its album cover?" Ok...so Red Hot Chili Peppers is a phenomenal band I don't know what possessed them to pick such an awful cover for their greatest hits album. What are some other great albums with terrible artwork?
