  1. Pretty good man, I like the Low acoustic. Maybe a little less echo on the vocals in A Message but otherwise those are some good covers. If you want to get your voice to sound more like Chris you have to use a bari-tenor tone when singing (his voice has great range so its a little hard to copy). Don't sing from your nose as much and don't be afraid to switch to your false setto so you don't throw out your voice. Chris does it too, but its so seamless that its as if he's trained his voice to switch back and forth automatically. So basically just sing along with your favorite Coldplay songs until your voice can recognize what his is doing. Hopefully some part of this made sense. Good stuff, keep rockin.
  2. Yeah I noticed that, too. Anybody know a different way to get ahold of some solid sheet music?
  3. Radiohead - Karma Police (Piano) But I've found myself playing Swallowed In The Sea a lot lately. Probably because its amazing.

Ha thats okay, Coldplay is my one true love anyways
  5. Yes definitely easier if you've played an instrument prior to learning piano. I've been teaching myself guitar for the past five years and it wasn't easy starting off. But about two years ago when I first sat down in front of a piano it was easy to adapt to chord progressions, rhythm, and the basics. Of course its probably better to learn to read sheet but sometimes its good to try and figure things out for yourself so you can broaden your musical capabilities and train your ears hear the different aspects of music.
  6. Hmm is the live version in a different key? I never noticed, I'd always thought the song was in A on the album. But even if its different for the live version, that progression I showed you should be pretty accurate for the album version. Just play the chords in that order while listening to the chord changes in the song and it should sound almost dead on. And in the live version Chris just plays the beginning verse part over for the final verse ("Cause in the end...").
  7. I think the main progression goes A, F#minor, E, D, Bminor7. The "sing ahhh ahhh ahhh" at the end starts on an E7 but I'm not sure where it goes from there. Hope that helps.
