Hi Oracle, You now how people speak of decades as the 90's, 80's or 10's, for example. How do you refer to the decade before the "10's" without saying it like you are referring to the whole century (ex. 1900's)? Thanks. The Oracle replies: They're known as the Noughties, not to be confused with the naughties as often happens. Unless of course one spends the entire 00's being naughty that is.
