Best night of Lewandowski's life, surely some kind of record. The finish on the 3rd was insane. I expected a draw or maybe a close win for Dortmund (bet 7 bucks on it anyway), but if possible, this was more astounding than last night. Even in the final 10 minutes, Dortmund was so comfortable in possession. Both Spanish teams struggled consistently to generate anything in the final 3rd. I kept expecting some kind of curse to break, but it never did.

The favourites win in all 4 quarters. Despite the messi heroics, I quite enjoy the Germany vs. Spain narrative. Correct me if I'm wrong, but despite the amount of french players on PSGs roster, by what I could tell, the only french player on the field was the keeper. For the semis I'd even settle for Dortmund vs. Barca, as that would make for two match-ups we haven't seen in a very long time.

Fucking epic finish to the Dortmund match. Questions of offsides on the last goal, but it didn't seem to play much into the goal, in any case the second Malaga goal was clearly offside. A Bayern-Dortmund, el clasico pair of semis would be amazing.

Hill and Samba have been nothing less than laughable. Samba gets his pocket picked twice out of sheer ignorance to concede the first two. Then Hill gets lucky to avoid red after a vicious challenge, but concedes an own goal out of karma. Nice finish on the QPR goal, but the Fulham players seem to be having more fun than I've ever seen them have this season.
