anyone else noticed that Radioheads Cuttooth's vocals fade in, with a voice sounding Like Noel Gallagher! only when fading in...not when it's all the way in, and especially not while singing the words...(it's true i tell you) also...another Noel Gallagher sound-alike...a song called "Something in the Air" by Thunderclap Newman, The Opening Vocals of this song sound so much like him too. (also True)..you can disagree, but you'd be wrong :karate:

most of the bands that i like have daft names..., but because i've heard it a lot, and my brain likes them...i automatically don't think about it... The Beatles, at the drive-in, Supergrass, Squarepusher, Soulwax, Modest Mouse, Lemon Jelly, Kula Shaker, Jamiroquai....etc

i bought one for £50, which is pretty cheap really...they're usually around £85 - £100 from what i've seen. I Bought mine when i saw Gaz from Supergrass use one quite a few years ago...and i thought they were a good way of making good music, and i think i was right ;)

i agree with pretty much everything there...for the past 8 months, there has not been three days in a row that i've not tried to record something, usually everyday at some point i do. i don't think it matters too much as to what mood you're in when you come up with a good idea either. Often i go to my piano or guitar very bored and just wanting to waste a few minutes, but i'll come up with the best idea i've had in Ages.., other times i specifically go to sit down and think of something to record, and nothing comes for so so long. But i usually find, if i sit and just play, then normally something comes worthy of recording and wanting to keep

^^ some people don't have natural rhythm in them...and will never be able to do this...i have a couple of friends who try to play the guitar, but they just have no musicalness in them. Wonderwall is a test for people, if you can strum that and have it sounding really similar to the record (not saying it's a HARD song to do) then your rhythm playing isn't pretty much ok. i think anyway:)
