i really want a laptop for playing gigs live with...but the kind of quality one i'd need/want, would cost an arm and a leg...and it wouldn't be much of a gig if those were missing

they're called Garage because of their Sound. like their recordings..not too produced or perfectly mixed, more of a 'raw' live sound. The Strokes and The White Stripes etc are completely Garage bands. The White Stripes are more of a garbage band

Radiohead could be as pretentious as they like, and i still love them...probably the only band that could be like that for me

it's probably just because i don't like the type of music he plays, but i think hendrix is completely overated. I really don't like anything i have heard from him, i much prefer Harrison. i agree with melody and substance over speed, although, i'm not 100% sure what you mean by style? :) again, it's probably the music, but i don't like Jimmy Page either :blush:

he played a cover of Kid A (Acoustic) and We Never Change. I'd never thought of Kid A being played that way, try find it to download, it's great

Shell is so much a nicer person in all ways compared to Michelle, i think. Stuart doesn't seem to be the type of person who would go with Michelle, i still don't understand how he got with her so quickly. :confused: I think he might be regretting it now...she's so bossy

hello...i normally don't post questions like this, coz i normally find things like this myself, but i do'nt really have any idea about phones, and the best services etc...i used to use Lycos or O2 sites for free sms texts, but those sites don't let me anymore, and i was wondering if anyone knew of more sites that i don't have to pay for :) thank you very much for anyone who replies...unless you're on of the people who reply and say "no...sorry i don't" :wink3: :P
