Mmm, interesting, maybe after all, it's gonna sound live first rather than its studio version...

I see a connection of this song with the most famous song of Gil Scott-Heron (who died yesterday) "The revolution will not be televised". The lyrrics are as follows: You will not be able to stay home, brother. You will not be able to plug in, turn on and cop out. You will not be able to lose yourself on skag and skip, Skip out for beer during commercials, Because the revolution will not be televised. The revolution will not be televised. The revolution will not be brought to you by Xerox In 4 parts without commercial interruptions. The revolution will not show you pictures of Nixon blowing a bugle and leading a charge by John Mitchell, General Abrams and Spiro Agnew to eat hog maws confiscated from a Harlem sanctuary. The revolution will not be televised. The revolution will not be brought to you by the Schaefer Award Theatre and will not star Natalie Woods and Steve McQueen or Bullwinkle and Julia. The revolution will not give your mouth sex appeal. The revolution will not get rid of the nubs. The revolution will not make you look five pounds thinner, because the revolution will not be televised, Brother. There will be no pictures of you and Willie May pushing that shopping cart down the block on the dead run, or trying to slide that color television into a stolen ambulance. NBC will not be able predict the winner at 8:32 or report from 29 districts. The revolution will not be televised. There will be no pictures of pigs shooting down brothers in the instant replay. There will be no pictures of pigs shooting down brothers in the instant replay. There will be no pictures of Whitney Young being run out of Harlem on a rail with a brand new process. There will be no slow motion or still life of Roy Wilkens strolling through Watts in a Red, Black and Green liberation jumpsuit that he had been saving For just the proper occasion. Green Acres, The Beverly Hillbillies, and Hooterville Junction will no longer be so damned relevant, and women will not care if Dick finally gets down with Jane on Search for Tomorrow because Black people will be in the street looking for a brighter day. The revolution will not be televised. There will be no highlights on the eleven o'clock news and no pictures of hairy armed women liberationists and Jackie Onassis blowing her nose. The theme song will not be written by Jim Webb, Francis Scott Key, nor sung by Glen Campbell, Tom Jones, Johnny Cash, Englebert Humperdink, or the Rare Earth. The revolution will not be televised. The revolution will not be right back after a message bbout a white tornado, white lightning, or white people. You will not have to worry about a dove in your bedroom, a tiger in your tank, or the giant in your toilet bowl. The revolution will not go better with Coke. The revolution will not fight the germs that may cause bad breath. The revolution will put you in the driver's seat. The revolution will not be televised, will not be televised, will not be televised, will not be televised. The revolution will be no re-run brothers; The revolution will be live.

Speculation on what the MX on the website means, of course Forgot to say that the melody and rhythm on this song maybe nothing you ever expected to hear before from them (and it's just speculation)

I'll write it down in terms of rhythm Ok, so right now the text is the following: I turn the music up, I got my records on, I shut the world outside until the lights come on; maybe the streets alight, maybe the trees are gone, I feel my heart start beating to my favourite song; and all the kids they dance, all the kids all night, until Monday morning feels another life; I turn the music up, I'm on a roll this time, and heaven is in sight, and heaven is in sight I turn the music up, I got my records on, from underneath the rubble sing a rebel song; Don't want to see another generation drop; I'd rather be a comma than a full stop... Ok, and now my guess of what MX means... "Musical Express"?

When do you think LP5 will come out?
Would "Music Ecstasy" (if it was meant for MX for example) a stupid name? Is "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Band Club a stupid name? I'm sorry to say that you have no idea on pop-rock music if you're trying to evaluate the quality of music based on album or song names... It can sound as silly as you want, nevertheless it will remain important or relevant if it is so...

Maybe the answer of how the LP or the song is titled or are in front of us, and always have been... Lyrics of the song shown regard that music is the issue, could the M word be just "Music"?

When do you think LP5 will come out?
You people, all scratching your heads right now, wait for a week, and you'll see... Let come May 31st, June 1st..., round midnight between both days in Europe, you'll probably be or have been rewarded by then...

When do you think LP5 will come out?
In my opinion it's possible that EMI has given advances of listening to radio stations in EMI HQ's, in fact that's how I first listened in advance to anyone "Violet Hill" (One secret longly kept and now unveiled to all Coldplayers), but I don't work for a record company, nor am I musician or a DJ at a radio stations. That's something I will keep private. I didn't have to sign confidentiality terms but we were told to remain mostly silent. In fact, I didn't tell all the truth back in the day. I knew the lyrics of "Violet Hill" but the details were enough to confirm later that in fact I listend to it. And I created expectations in the fans which was my main objective, which I think I complied bacjk in the day. And something important, for all of you. The band (at least their team) and their producers (or their assistants) read eveything you and us are writing here. That's no secret. In fact, it's a fact that somebody named "Marcus" and from Germany has tried to contact privately in order to know who I am. Which I request something, could somebody from EMI Spain already organise what they did back in the day with fans? Contact them again They're gonna be as private as the level you want them or anybody who is a listener, but that would great, a good way of promoting, but without giving so much away (as much as the record company wants) to the general public. For me that's free publicity in forums, bloggers, among fans and others not costing any money. The last time it was very efficient... My last thoughts of the day: If they're keeping the album (as a whole) as a secret is that I believe that there's something big awaiting and I also think the people attending festivals to see them are going to have their expectations complied. Expect a big anouncement sooner than you think. That's all I can say, folks

Do I need to tell about it?

When do you think LP5 will come out?
No, I don't think so. My opinion is that they could be twisting two or three songs in terms of structure, guitar overdubs or ambient landscapes (Mr. Eno's contributions), or writing one or two new (at the quickest possible way) but not anything else. My belief (not fact) in this moment, is that there are parts of the record being already mixed (Markus Dravs involved apart from the main mixers) or maybe (I say maybe) that it's possible that it's been totally mixed in this moment. In fact, if there's a single to arrive soon, in terms of a few weeks (like Mr. Buckland said) then it must have been already mixed or will be mixed in terms of just days, before the live acts begin. Have you checked Michael H. Brauer's (one of the main mixers of "Viva" and "Christmas Lights") twitter (twitter.com/mhb850) or website (www.mbrauer.com) in the last few weeks? He remains very silent about current projects..., except for courses in France, and then he's not in his New York studio. And Mr. Martin was photographed in New York just days ago. What do you all think of this...? Jaust saying, but anyway, the opinion of your coldplaying friend and neighbour "the locust"

Small Reminders/Updates & The Coldplay Messenger (feat. Roadie #42!)
Jon Hopkins remixed a song from the previous (and second album) Wild Beasts' a album"Two Dancers". In fact it was Two Dancers (II). You can listen to it here: I think they would be a perfect support act for Coldplay, but also these guys from Kendal and their producer Richard Formby, are one of the best revelations in pop-rock music in the last years, and are a band to follow in the future. Their abilities, sound and sonic palette are beautiful and are still expanding and improving.

Small Reminders/Updates & The Coldplay Messenger (feat. Roadie #42!)
Any other guy here who wishes next Coldplay album would be as good as Wild Beasts' new album (Smother)? Out 10th May. Streaming Here: http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/musicblog/2011/may/03/wild-beasts-smother-album-stream And I know controversy will begin just below here, but I think this post belongs to this discussion exactly and nowhere else...

How about some news on a new first single on late May or early June?

Ask the Oracle on Coldplay.com (Now in session!)
You coldplayers could ask Julian Assange (from Wikileaks) to obtain that information... Talking about leaks, it seems "Famous Old Painters" is leaked (without a voice)... Curious enough it's been that only few days after Oracle said that it wasn't to be included in LP5, someone has leaked it...

Real or Fake? Famous Old Painters
Give me real, don't give me fake..., and this is case. For real, this is real "Famous old painters all over the world..."

Studiofeed
I'm not not very satisfied with media using my name or my words as an official source... I don't really want to be so notorious. Not at all... I won't speak a lot really from now on as I've done before. Some of the things I could say could be used to hurt the band, and that's not my intention. I'm a fan. A huge fan. That's it. The real news are that we have a new design of the official website, the Studiofeed1, and some clues (MX, UFO). Alien Radio... in my case I'm saying this as an speculation, not a fact.

Studiofeed
Umm... Live Transmissions.... UFO... Alien Radio? Anyone got it?

When do you think LP5 will come out?
Don't believe that tracklisting. I can confirm the change of plans in Coldplay camp regarding the schedule of the release of LP5, originally before Summer. Hope people can wait until October. Everybody who guessed October as the month of release deserves a prize. Just my two cents on it.

NEW SOUNDTRACKS TITLES! Coldplay: 'We're still trying to deliver our album masterpiece'
I thnk Chris Martin is fooling around everyone about what Coldplay has done for LP5 until now. For example, "Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall" is evidently in the album and it's a precise song. People, these are the only real facts you must know about the new LP: a) The album is completely recorded. since December. Band is still choosing the songs amongst those done and presenting them to EMI to make the final tracklisting. b) The schedule is that Michael H. Brauer and/or Andy Wallace will mix the selected songs around March, c) The album will be out in May 2011 Take my words for granted, and keep them for the record, whenever these news will be confirmed.
