I am an avowed fan of A rush of blood to the head, which has sold more than 12 million of records world wide (don't know the exact cipher). If that's not popular then I don't know what is. Popular =/= mainstream. Unknown=/= cool In fact I wish some "little" indie bands I like were bigger because they deserve it. And I'm not saying coldplay don't.
