Then any kind of fish, and quesadillas are really easy to make, you just need tortilla and cheese. Or make a simple cheese with ham sandwich.

It depends, if you have some extra pounds starve yourself. If not then prepare yourself a grilled salmon with a sauce of achiote, tomatoe, garlic and red chile.

But I think it was offensive to all coaches to put Maradonna up there, he does nothing but say "Vos sos una fiera, venga otro gol" and he has really high chances of succeeding because of his players. In addition he has no merits, he hasn't even being coach before.
