Haven't seen a live concert yet (Oh No! :cry: ) but if I hear a live version I bet I'd love it. So right now my favortie is the studio version. And someday soon I'm dancing on a rooftop to the studio version. :lol:

I was a huge fan of ANYTHING pop before Coldplay saved my tail...Now I literally get sick when I hear any pop or alot of the cRAP that's around nowadays...:sick2: I threw up in a bowling alley, about three weeks ago, because there was nothing but pop/rap coming from the speakers...Thankfully it was a school outing and I got to go home :)

Well! Just goes to show that inspiration can start anywhere. Wonder where the idea for Shiver came along...?

I got into them in the strangest way... I remember a while back, I think the MuchMusic Canadian Concert Listings were on then, and Coldplay happened to be playing some concerts at the time...With the Coldplay listings they had a clip of the In My Place video (beginning of the chorus), and I thought, 'That sounds awfully strange' and I thought that particular part of the video was a little odd as well (don't ask me why) so it was like, 'I don't like these guys very much...' Couple of days later, Dad comes home with the Rush Of Blood album, puts it on, second track rolls around and I think, 'Hey, I remember that song! It's...Oh my God it's a great song!' And I've been seriously hooked ever since... :stunned: Before that I'd heard Yellow, but forgot the name of the group until the time that In My Place was first a hit. I know I'd heard Don't Panic as well but I have no recollection of when or where (I'm pretty sure I was ten), but when I first bought the Parachutes album and the chorus of Don't Panic was playing, I got frightened, because I knew I'd heard that song somewhere else...

P.S: For all of you who are as shocked as is expected, I'm a little amazed myself, but hey, everyone changes, right? Be proud Coldplay fans, all, but don't freak out if someone doesn't llike them. In my school, for example, NOBODY there besides me listens to Coldplay, and I really don't mind...It's a bit lonely, but I'll live.
