  1. on the video set, he came over and spoke to us. we didn't even call him over or anything, he was genuinely happy to chat to us for ten minutes.
  2. Phil was genuinely one of the nicest people I've met (from a band/crew etc) he was so sincere with his words, and really listened to what people were saying to him, I've never ever met somebody even marginally famous who, when I shook their hand, asked me what my name was too and said 'I'm... [insert name] nice to meet you Jamie'
  3. I hate to be the bearer of bad grammar here, but it's intercom, not interphone
  4. hahaha. FORUM: (upon registration) You make your way into north london intending to meet the band 'Coldplay' at their personal recording studio, do you.... A. Wait patiently and hope they see you on their way in/out? B. feel disheartened at not seeing the band, but take a photo and leave quietly? C. ring the doorbell and demand your rights to meet the band? IGNORANT STALKER: I haz picked C FORUM: GET OUT! :inquisitive:
  5. it's because some ignorant people think that they have a right to meet the band because they think they're superfans. when the reality is, if they're willing to disturb the bands privacy then they cross the line between 'superfan' and 'super-stalker-creep-weirdo'.
  6. ha, It was unavoidable, some people are so frustrating! You sang 'Fix You' on the karaoke, right? you were awesome, I drunkenly sang along with you, :P
  7. no it's true, people were having a go at me for saying 'Stop moaning' but I'm going to say it again with added purpose: Dear, ungrateful knob'eads if you sent an email to Coldplay HQ to voice your dismay at being included in a Coldplay video and your discontent for not having the Q&A (as PROMISED ) then you are a full on bellend. oh, sorry you weren't fed a four course meal or that you were expecting to meet the band I imagine the band are probably thinking 'Next time, lets just pay extras instead' because lets face it, it would less fucking trouble than pleasing some of you who always seem to want more than you're given, grow up and stop acting like 12-year-old bitches. Get the flying fuck off your high horses, I feel sorry for the people who couldn't go who wanted to, they'd have been better off there than you. yours frustratingly, Jamie ///////rant. ps. out of respect for Ian and his board, I diluted the expletives in this by about 80%
  8. it is if you don't want to hear 'The Sound of Music' ripped off and put into a dance remix. eurgh.
  9. Maybe 'Move and try?' or 'Moving Try'? that's what I get from zooming in.lol
  10. to be fair, who here heard 'Strawberry Swing' or 'Swallowed in the Sea' or even 'I Bloom Blaum' for that matter, and thought 'That sounds great'? I didn't, I thought 'what a heap of shit song title' give it time to grow on you.
  11. haha, that's not a tree. I think you're seeing things in the shadows?
  12. it's definitely us :P we were next to the white van. no tree in sight :P
  13. hah, yeah it was. did you tell chris? :P
  14. I remember talking to your mum about Wensleydale cheese. :P
  15. to be fair, the only part of the lyrics I can remember is the end of the song that we watched them record about a THOUSAND TIMES.
  16. it's not just our shadows, it's us, but very dark. you can see my head, with my hood up if you squint real hard :D EDIT: literally just the bit after Will says 'He's a rising star in cinema' and it cuts to them in the tent, to the left you can see us moving about and can clearly see my hat/hood.
  17. I just posted on the other thread about the ping video. you can kinda see me and chelsea's shadows reflected on the van, we were literally right next to that blue tent watching them when they recorded that bit of that chatting in the tent.
  18. in the part 3 of the Ping behind the scenes, you can kinda see me and chelsea's shadows on the white van, we were right next to the blue tent! :)
  19. I shouted at chris and we said hi to each other from the other side of the barrier, but I had to leave early, Chelsea met them all though. I'm just happy to have spoke to him. yeah how could I forget, how nonchalant you were, we thought you'd seen the band upstairs! haha.
  20. I'm not sure, it sounds like something I would say, and I've definitely thought it before :P
  21. did I say that? those beers must have affected me more than I thought.... haha
  22. yup, yup, that's another. I used to be guilty of skipping it, but lately I've really been getting into quality bass lines and this is up there. Though their best bass line is 'Everything's not lost'
  23. A Whisper is the most underrated song by far and large! the chorus is epic.
