At the moment this is just a rumour. Normally in this kind of situation the rumour comes from the source misunderstanding a quote or comment made in the media, however since this one has apparently come from nowhere I am inclined to believe it- partly because I want to and party because I've scorned rumours like this in the past and been burned.

The band Taking Back Sunday did this on their Facebook page, the day that it leaked they started streaming it. So I tweeted them something along the lines of me downloading the leak to which they DM'd me saying 'or you could listen to the legit stream'. I thought this was an interesting approach so I humoured them and offered them a response of 'Yes, but I've already pre-ordered the deluxe edition and I want it on my iPod, does your "legit stream" offer that?' and John Nolan, the guitarist replied 'Fair enough' proving my point afterall- bands don't care if or when you download a leak, they just want you to commit to buying a copy in the longrun and since Coldplay.com has bled me dry for the £50 pop up which comes out in DECEMBER- I don't think they could complain too much about a leak, I bet they've already made millions off pre-orders.

For gods sake I predicted today, and went on to talk at length about how my psychic powers should then be talked about for years after the leak. oh contraire, I didn't want to generalise. I myself have an iPhone 4 but felt like secluding those who are apple iPod touch owners from the win-band would be unfair. They're still peasants, but they're the apple kind, which is the best kind. EDIT: uh... yup, this is how I talk on no sleep.

Streaming is pointless- people don't want to stream it, they want to download a leak so they can put it on their generic MP3 players (if they're peasants) or put it on their iPods (if they're win).

They might STREAM it, but they certainly would not LEAK it, because that action would cost them millions of pounds, dollars, yen, euro's etc etc etc.
