Idk, but I am personally not expecting anything til October 16, the 23rd, or at the latest the 30th. It would be cool to be dead wrong though. Nothing official, just speculation about this Friday. ov3la said we would be hearing the single in a few days. If this is true, we would probably hear something on Friday, as music releases on Fridays.

I did the same thing a few years back! Before we had the official instrumentals, that was the trick to get some sort of instrumental. I love the backing vocals to Speed Of Sound, they sound so good.

No I know that. I just meant that the new single will probably be released before Amazing Day will be. Otherwise they would have released it already. I just want a new studio track, is what it comes down to lol.

I don't mind waiting for the album, I just really want a new song! Don't get me wrong, I love Amazing Day, but the quality isn't the best and I want an actual studio version. Also, I think we are all hungry for this particular single, as we have seen what the video will look like. Though it will still be very different and new once we actually see it. Here's to some official news soon! Rik's teasing is killing me.

Is he part of the actual thing, or was he just a fan? Not trying to question you, but why would they tell a fan the release date? Maybe Chris said sometime in October and he is just assuming the first week? I just don't want to get my hopes up to be disappointed. Then again, it builds suspense. I guess we will just have to wait and see. If you are right, it will be a great day. No work, so I have all day to listen to it over and over!

Friday would be great and make up for the disappointment that True Believer has become. Anyway, I honestly wasn't expecting anything til the 16th or toward the end of the month. So not expecting anything, but seriously... Friday would be awesome.

Is this some kind of joke? It was a decent song before. God awful now. I was really into Heaven, then he changed the vocals on that. It is still a good tune, but Chris' vocals were 100 times better imo. Now this? What the hell. Very bad decisions, if you ask me.

That's honestly what I was kind of expecting. It makes the most sense. I definitely expect a single and the video this month, so December makes a lot of sense. Hope this is the case.

Exactly right. ASFOS is definitely a hard song to sing, and he does have trouble with it usually. I unfortunately think age is beginning to be a factor as well. I really hope its just him shaking off the rust, as you said. Time will tell. Also, these past two performances have been out of the norm for them anyway. They haven't yet defined their atmosphere for the tour. Where as during MX, they had everything worked out from the get go. The stage design, the set up, the performance. Everything was on point from the beginning and yet it got better as time went on. I feel like once they define everything, it will get better. [emoji4]

Wow! I am surprised he didn't pop a blood vessel! He was great the entire time, I just meant about the new song in particular. And poor Chris, when they put the drums for Viva right behind him. He backed right into it!

Great show, love the new song! But does Chris seem off to anyone else? His vocals have not been the best these past two shows. I wonder if it's just nerves or not playing for so long. He seems to get out of breath a lot quicker than he used to. Other than that, the rest of the band are on fire! Loved Jonny's guitar in the new song. Also, Guy's bass was awesome. And Will's drumming?! I loved that towards the end. Now they just need to release a studio version of the song.

I don't think they are gonna play it today. And I don't think this is a new single. I think it's another track from the album, or a bside. Or maybe it's something that will never be released all together. They will have a 7 song set with all hits. I'm keeping my expectations as low as possible. I just don't want to be disappointed again lol. Here's to hoping I'm wrong.

I will say it is very similar. Even the drum beat is almost identical. The kick has the same rhythm.

Oh man, I was trying so hard to keep my excitement for tomorrow down. I didn't want to hope for a new song, but now I'm kinda expecting it. My hype level is high again, and I just don't want to be disappointed again. I hope I'm not!
