Violet Hill gave him plenty of room, and to me it was a very boring solo. Strawberry Swing was one of the first songs I learned on the guitar, so I don't think it's very difficult. It's a really great part though. Yea, that's what I mean. I'm not trying to say he's a worse guitarist haha. He just doesn't show his skill as much and his songwriting is worse than it was back in the AROBTTH era. He has a guitar part in nearly every song. Yea, more Rush of Blood-esque guitar work would be great. I think that's what I miss most about the 'old' Coldplay sound.

He's not asking what's their most popular song, he's asking what is their signature song. Not only does it have to be well-known, but it also has to represent their sound. How many songs does Coldplay have that are similar to Viva la Vida? None (thankfully). That's why it's either Clocks or Yellow.

They should both receive equal punishment, if anything. Self-defense is not a crime, and the kid was only defending himself. If teachers can't do their job right, then the kid deserves the right to defend himself from harm, and in this case, bodyslamming the fuck out of the attacker was the best option. Good for him.
