I have a question about the Miami Contest featured here: http://coldplaying.com/index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=5196 When do we need to tune into "The Link"? Will it be at some random time during the day or will it be at a set time? Sorry about posting a whole new thread about this, but I couldn't find any information on it. Thanks for the help :D

Anyone else notice how there was more applause for the political junk than the concert itself? Kind of annoying when you come to hear great music and end up getting a political speech. At least he didn't go on too long.

A few days ago The Oracle answered a question from a guy named Kelly from the USA about the scratched out songs on Viva la Vida's original tracklist. She said Viva la Vida was one of the scratched out songs. Has anyone asked her yet why Viva la Vida was scratched out? Was it to make it more of a surprise or was it because Viva la Vida was not on that original tracklist? If anyone hasn't asked, I'll go ahead and do it.

Congrats! Floor seats were out by the time mine loaded, but oh well I got a slight improvement from last time.

Got my tickets, pretty much same seats I had last time Main concourse so not bad.

Saw them on the third of August and I'll kill to see them again. I'm in for sure. For those of you who are asking...of course they'll play a different set list, since they've already been here once I'm sure they'll play a lot different songs (Cemeteries :D). I'm psyched, even though it's some months away.

In my opinion, the two things that separate Coldplay and The Beatles are universal appeal and songwriting. In terms of universal appeal, The Beatles were, and always will be, likable by nearly everyone. No matter where you go, there are Beatles fans all around you. The Beatles produces tons of hit singles within a 10 year period, Coldplay just got their first ever #1. In my opinion, Coldplay makes better music than the Beatles. Is Coldplay a greater band? No. Will they ever be? I hope so.

The show was brilliant. It was incredible how much the crowd got into it. A highlight for me was Viva la Vida, when Chris told the crowd to take it away and we all sang the harmony part at the end, so beautiful. Which song did the "VIVA" banner come down at? Was it on Death and All His Friends? That part was epic.

Saffire is the man. More intelligent and politically educated then anyone on this board, hands down.

I called Ticketmaster and they said I can take the same tickets I bought for the July 2nd show (Verizon Center) to the August 3rd show (Verizon Center) and they'll let me in. This seems weird, can someone confirm for me?
